"Absolutely lovely place to stay. The decor was so quaint and sweet. It was wonderful to have a second room to have a bit of space from the baby cot at night and the washer/dryer was key! Only challenge was the 3rd floor walk up with a baby but the quiet space and nice neighborhood made it worth it. The staff was also so lovely and responsive and helpful."

"Great location! Very big room in Japan. Staft friendly and the room was so nice. "

"The staff were amazing! I enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool. The location is perfect. It’s so close the Shibuya Crossing and all the shops but tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It’s excellent for families. It is a 5 minute walk from Shibuya station. The rooms are clean."

"Lovely stay at the Trunk Hotel. The place was impeccable and the staff was very sweet and accommodating. The location was perfect as well, close to many shops, sights and subway. We would definitely stay again and will be referring traveling friends to this hotel. "

"Great location in Shibuya, clean facility, friendly staff."

"The hotel is within walking distance of Shibuya Station and just a stone’s throw from Yoyogi Park. The sauna is particularly clean and comfortable, making it a great place to relax after a long day. The hotel staff are always friendly, kind, and easy to communicate with."

"The apartment was extremely clean and staff were very accommodating. The location was excellent as it is right at Sasazuka train station. We are in Japan in very hot July so it was amazing to get off of the train and being immediately “home”. Even though the trains are nearby, the sound is not an issue. We did have some issues with the wifi dropping in and out however it wasn’t a huge problem overall. We highly recommend this accommodation."
