"Great place to stay. Very spacious! Lots of amenities. One hotel room per floor. Would definitely stay here again. Great location!"

"The Tokyo Station Hotel is a historic hotel that holds up to its much desirved reputation. The staff is so very kind and ready to serve. The location right at the Tokyo Train Station is unbeliveable. We deeply enjoyed our stay."

"The best 5 stars hotel I stayed so far. The hotel is one of the most expensive hotels in Tokyo and you get what you pay. The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. The concierge staff, Jan, is very knowledgeable and can provide helpful recommendations on dinning and shopping."

"Incredible staff; they were extremely helpful with every request and in every situation"

"Here’s a shorter, family-focused version: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 Excellent stay for our family of five! The room was spacious by Tokyo standards, clean, and had everything we needed. The washer/dryer and kitchenette were especially helpful when traveling with kids. The location was perfect—close to train stations, restaurants, and shopping, yet quiet at night. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. We’d definitely stay at Grand Monday Ginza again on our next trip to Tokyo!"

"Staff extremely attentive. Marla and Nema at the restaurant helped us with reservations and addressing every detail. Rooms and facilities were impeccable.Fabio the manager runs a great operation. We will visit again."

"This is my third time staying at this hotel. It's situated in a very convenient location in Ginza. Easy access to the Tokyo Metro system and an abundance of shops ! The Hotel itself feels like a boutique hotel with good spacious rooms. All the staff are exceptional and it will always be my chosen to tell in Tokyo."

"Super clean. Very good breakfast with both Japanese and western selections. Excellent location within easy walking distance to Ginza and Tsukiji Outer Market and many restaurants. Close to subway. Overall an outstanding choice for our 7 day stay."

"me and my daughter stayed here for 5 nights and loved it. Definately will stay here again next time when we come back to Tokyo. Right next to the train station, can walk to Ginza. Super nice staff."

"Clean, quite spacious for Tokyo standards, kitchen facilities, close to metro & JR"

"The hotel was great and very near the TCAT so it was super easy getting a bus to Haneda in 25 minutes. It isn’t that near the main Central Area of Tokyo but it’s not too bad getting there via the subway. The hotel room was clean and very large so super comfortable for a family of 4."

"friendly staff, rooms are functional, but a bit small. very close to Tokyo station"

"Clean, spacious and bigger than most hotels in Tokyo. We had the family room so there was a dining table and my daughter enjoyed sleeping on the top bunk bed. Location was great, 2 mins walk from TCAT and Suitengumae station on Hanzomon line. Also about 8-10 mins from Ningyocho on Hibiya and Asakusa lines"

"Love the location specially that it’s only a 5 min walk to Tokyo station"

"It was excellent close to subway station or train stations."

"Love staying at Remm hotel in Kyobashi! The location is perfect as it’s near the Ginza line as well as Tokyo Station. Also really close to the shopping district of Ginza. Loved how helpful the staff were with getting our luggage’s shipped and answering any of our questions!"

"Great location close to Tokyo station. Staff was amazingly helpful and fully fluent in English."

"Rooms were a bit small but good and functional. Location was great. Breakfast was good, and they accommodated gluten free diet. Lunch and dinner did not have GF options, but this is a common problem in Tokyo, not just here."
