5 Star Hotels in Roosevelt Island

The property is very classy and well located. Neverthe less front desk staff is super slow (either the staff or the hotel's software) it took one hour to check in and the rooms were ready well after 4pm. The blind of our room (1625) couldnt be raised, we reported but nothing happened.

This is a gorgeous hotel with wonderful service and amenities. Beware room service - it is extremely pricey.

Excellent stay! We had an inside room, but didn't mind. It was so quiet and comfortable. Loved the way the room was set up and decorated. We added the 2nd floor club lounge to our package and it was well worth it. View of Central Park very nice. Food and beverages delicious and staff very attentive. Close to everything! Wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Best service ever

The Four Seasons NYC was absolutely amazing! The room was huge and fabulous, and the service was over the top! The location was within walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, and the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade. My family of 4 had a wonderful time!

Very spacious room, fantastic Keihl samples (replaced everyday), great linens and lots of towels, mints by bed, the works. Elevator operator a nice touch of class in this day and age. Only downside was lack of convenient local places to get bottle of soda morning or night (the hotel charges $8.00 in room bar…are they really maximizing profits at that ridiculous price?). Otherwise, great experience from an experienced luxury customer.

Staying in NYC because of wife's illness and need to develop a treatment plan...several weekly visits. Stayed at the Plaza Athenae, The Surrey, and The Lowell. The Lowell was the best mostly because of their customer first attitude and competence...many good, small hotels in the city but the one that delivers the best experience wins every time!

Beautiful views of the park. Staff could not be more helpful and kind. Would stay there again

The Peninsula is everything you'd expect from a five star hotel, but more. The service was next level. My wife left something incredibly important to her health in the refrigerator. We realized it when we're at the Newark Airport. I contacted the hotel and the night manager actually drove to Newark airport with the package before our plane took off. Next level service doesn't say enough. Thank you Charlie!

It smelled pleasant and calming. Yes, it smelled....in a good way!

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in the towers. Very luxurious. Big rooms for NYC! Staff was wonderful ! Easy to walk to theatre district, Times Square, Rockefeller Center .... awesome location !! Highly recommend!
