"We loved our stay at the Carlton. The location was excellent - very quiet, safe neighborhood to walk, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. It was within walking distance to several major sights. The hotel was super clean and our room was quite big for European standards. The staff was always cheerful and super helpful whenever we passed them in the lobby or had a question at the front desk."

No hot drinks facilities in room or drinking water, however cold still and sparkling jugs of water were available free of charge from the bar. Staff were friendly and spoke good English."

"Our hotel room was cozy! But there was room for the two of us and two suitcases. The room is well maintained and clean. The bed was comfy as well. The location is excellent for access to the train station and local metro etc. Easy to get to restaurants, bars, and attractions. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend."
