Property was just as expected but MUCH more! Staff messaged before we arrived to ensure all was prepared for our 2 day stay. Property provided things for breakfast and the most elaborate selection of coffee pods. You could see everything was strategically thought out down to the little extra tooth brushes and shaving kit. The property also had a small playground and laundry facilities. Simply lovely to see the amazing hospitality that Zion Oasis’ possessed. Property was a 20 minute drive to...

A beautiful spot! I would definitely go back. I had a room on the river side (hearing) and walking out my back patio down the water or just sitting there was so peaceful. The walk to Zion south entrance was so close!
The room was very clean. The restaurant service was not all that great. I only ate there one time during my stay. So it could possibly have been better another time.

I’ve never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before, but this place makes me want to stay at more. My teenage son and I stayed here as our base for going to Zion NP and we both loved it. The room, bed, and private bathroom were all amazingly spacious and comfortable. We even had a private deck from which we could watch the sunrise peek into the canyon, as well as allow us to dry our wet items from our day in the Narrows.

This was a good spot to stay for our trip to Zion National Park. The lobby was undergoing renovations when we were there, but the staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and had a great time begin so close to the park.
