"Loved this small, cozy and quiet motel. Easy to get to and convenient to places in Watertown, NY. Owner is doing renovation to the motel but it does not affect the rooms he is renting out. Room and bathroom were clean and the king size bed extremely comfortable with quality linens. Price was very reasonable and will definitely stay there again on future trips"

"Inexpensive, clean and quiet. Only quibble was I couldn't tell the mini-fridge was turned all the way up, so a few cans of soda and some veggies froze, but overall for a "budget motel" experience it was surprisingly good."
