"Amazing property 8 stars. Highly recommend"

"The property was very well kept and the staff was very nice as well. The location was amazing as we had appointments in the One World Trade Center. It was literally a 2 minute walk away. I’d definitely stay there again. "

"Just Amazing! I feel like this is a rare find in NYC. I will start with how amazing the staff was and how much they cared for us during our stay. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job when we were away and looking at fully stocked room again after you come walking around the city (tired) made our life easy. They even loaded the dishwasher while we were away. I can’t thank them enough for all they did. Room was very spacious and had a character to it. Location was just great with awesome...

"This is the most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed in, with such good energy and vibe. The rooms are perfection, and the staff amazing. If you go you must go to the roof top bar, it is gorgeous. Thank you for making my stay so nice, this just felt like a slice of calm heaven in the middle of NYC."

"Unbelievable- great service, very good restaurant and bar plus multiple areas to hang out that are nicely decorated - with food drink available in many of those. I personally loved location as it’s on the edge of Chinatown with an old time ny feel. love the tattoo removal place 1/2 block from tattoo parlor."

"Thank you for everything! It’s always a pleasure to stay at THE MERCER! Best hotel and the best service in NYC! 💓"

"Fantastic location right across a major subway stop, wonderfully responsive staff. Would go again!!!"

"Had a great stay here. Very spacious and unbeatable location. Pier 11 is right across the hotel which makes it convenient to ride the NYC ferry. Will stay here again."

"High design boutique hotel in an excellent location. The staff is always delightful and courteous. Great rooftop microbar. Trendy on-site speakeasy (seems to be an outside vendor, not run by the hotel) is a beautiful space and crowd managed well, service inside bar could use some work."

"Great hotel, newer hotel in the area. It's nice and clean inside and out with steps to SOHO, Chinatown & Little Italy. The rooftop bar and lobby lounge are great."

"I stayed alone for 5 nights, and I highly recommend Nester Finn! and I would stay here again next time I visit NYC. I was traveling for leisure, and I purposely wanted to stay out of the touristy areas, and this location was it. It was quiet at night and in the morning; I had no trouble sleeping. 1. The staff was friendly and efficient. 2. The room was well-maintained and cleaned. I felt comfortable, and I could see myself staying longer. 3. Excellent location! There are convenience stores,...

"Conveniently located with plenty of attractions nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious as was all the food. The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our stay. This was an excellent choice.!"

"Front desk staff was amazing. Unfortunately the café wait staff was not. But we would stay here again because the room was large by new york standard. Bed was comfortable. Location is perfection (right by subway entrance)."
