"The description on hotels.com was spot on. Excellent place to stay with direct access to the Ginza line. Worth the price."

"The staff Purafuru was super helpful. We had arrived early and he tried his best to accommodate a slightly earlier check in especially when he saw that we had young kids. Loved the laundry in the room and the bunk bed. Great for families with young kids due to the in room facilities."

"We had an excellent stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and attentive throughout, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble. The service was consistently professional while still feeling warm and personal, which made a real difference to our stay. The hotel itself is in a fantastic location and everything was comfortable, well maintained and thoughtfully managed. We were especially impressed by how accommodating the team were with us as a family. A genuinely great experience...
