"We had a wonderful stay. The staff was more than helpful, the breakfasts were lovely with fresh fruit and eggs every morning. We appreciated the free airport shuttle even took us at 2:45 am! Good access to public transit. The one thing to consider is that it felt like it was on the edge a neighborhood, the resteraunts we went to and sites we saw were a 15 minute walk away, a bus or a cab ride. The rooms were comfortable and very clean!"

"Staff were accommodating and helpful, Games room for the kids included ping pong and PlayStation. We had the pool all to ourselves in the evening. Breakfast buffet is one of the best in the city. Rooms came with magazine and were clean. Minutes walk to Quicentro and La Carolina park. Highly recommended!"

"Only a block from the entrance to Parque La Carolina, the location was excellent for exercising, eating, shopping and banking, if you dont mind a short walk. The guards at the door were friendly, the management was extremely kind and helpful. Very reasonably priced for the size of facility all that it provided."

"Property is located in a convenient, walkable area near Carolina park. There are plenty of dining and shopping options available close to the hotel. Everyone from security to all the staff were pleasant and helpful. There are also Metro train stations within a short walking distance if you wish to venture outside the area of La Carolina. Would definitely recommend this hotel many times over. Purpose of trip was a layover stop en route to another location in the country."

"I gave it five stars in each category because they were great in all of them, but it’s not your typical five star property because it’s not a fancy place. It was clean, comfortable (mattresses was okay but not super comfortable), and very inexpensive. I’d recommend to anyone who wanted a nice, clean and safe place to stay. If you want luxury, that’s not this, but I liked it and I’d stay there again in a minute. Super close to a mall and huge park as well as the soccer stadium and transportation....

"Excellent hotel. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I found it very clean, we did not use the gym but it looked very well equipped. We did enjoy the Hot tub, pool, cold plunge, and sauna. The best part as I knew rain was in the forecast, everything was on the roof and covered so you can still utilize everything. Restaurant was pretty good, I found adding the breakfast was worth it for convenience, good selection but it is buffet so i did not expect the best."

Good location and has potential if it is upgraded. Breakfast was very good and great views from the room. Outdoor pool and gymnasium good for exercise and weary travellers."
