"Room was clean but had to change rooms because the TV in the first room did not work"

"The entire facility is run-down and "under maintenance" but locals have informed us that it has been "under maintenance" for around three years. The pool has been closed for around three years, yet there is nothing about it being closed on the website or Hotels.com. The paint is peeling on the entire building. There were "evacuation/fire hazard" notices on many of the doors to rooms. We stood waiting at the front desk for at least 15 minutes to check in. After ringing the bell multiple times and even loudly asking if anyone was there, no one ever did show up, so I called the number listed and eventually the worker came out of the room off the front desk area. The inside of the rooms were fine although the bathrooms were not completely clean. The breakfast was packets of oatmeal. "
