"All around excellent hotel in Abu Dhabi. Spa was amazing. "

"Lovely hotel and staff with great facilities. Well placed to be able to explore Abu Dhabi."

"Great city break. Loved how quiet the spa was, I often had it to myself. Staff were very accommodating to all requests. Often nice surprises in the room as we went during the Eid holiday period. Lovely little pastry shop downstairs. Access into the galleria mall and Cleveland clinic. Breakfast selection was great too, healthy options and fruit juice shots freshly made were my favourites and all the usual such as an egg station. I would say the stand out was the service. You always felt like the...

"Surroundings is nothing special. Downtown Abu Dhabi isn't pretty or touristic, however it's a good base to sightseeing and taxis are cheap. The hotel itself is very clean but even after 3 nights at the hotel I couldn't figure out how to get hot water. Sometimes functionality is better than design."

"Customer service was excellent. Loved the layout and style of the building/rooms"

"The Liwa staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The lobby and rooms are very clean. The kitchenette had an oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine, all very clean and in good working order. Although the furniture is a little old, it's clean and comfortable. The bed was also very clean and comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean and the shower was very good. Room service was excellent. The Liwa is very close to Abu Dhabi Mall, so it's very convenient. Thank you."

"Exceedingly clean, spacious rooms in a walkable part of the city, half way between Abu Dhabi Mall and Abu Dhabi Corniche. Also close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi which is a must see. So excellent location and highly professional staff, from the front desk to the pool on the 19th floor."

"Very accomodating staff. Hotel is walking distance to Abu Dhabi mall. "

"Nice big clean rooms with separate kitchen and living room. Friendly staff. Will definitely come back whenever I am in Abu Dhabi."

"We had a great stay for a short week-end in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is well located, the room in the residence is very clean, modern and we had a wonderful view on the water side! The restaurants at the hotel are great to enjoy the outside terraces and service was very good. Highly recommended for the environment!"

"The room was spacious, the food offer was very good, and the gym - amazing!"

"Rooms were clean and staff was courteous."

"Stayed in the Executive Room, which was nice and spacious, clean and very comfortable. Will look forward to staying again as I visit Abu Dhabi frequently and this is a excellently located hotel in Downtown."

"Spacious, clean, huge windows, great view, perfect location close to everything. Abu Dhabi Mall 5 minute walk. "

"My older parent stayed at this apartment, and I am extremely grateful for the wonderful care they received. The unit was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained — exactly as described. What truly stood out was the staff. They were kind, patient, and always willing to help, which gave me real peace of mind knowing my parent was in good hands. They went out of their way to make sure everything was easy and comfortable for them. The amenities were excellent and thoughtfully maintained,...

"Professional staff, friendly service. Close to Abu Dhabi Mall."

"I loved this place! Spacious, helpful and comfortable at a good price. I would stay here again. "

"The Room was ok. The shower was „repaired“ by a tape so that the shower head won‘t fall. The Reception Personnel was like profiling the guests which I think it‘s very impolite. It was near the grocery stores. "
