「It was our first time in the Smokies. We stayed here for 3 nights with our 9 hear old. The rooms were clean and the staff was great. Location was ideal to get to Pigeon Forge and into the state park quickly. Plus the parking ticket for the other end of gatlinburg was worth it's weight in gold. We'll.definitely be back」

「Our experience here at property was amazing. You were able to walk to downtown or grab the trolley to different parts of Gatlinburg without ever moving your car. The amenities at the hotel were great and the breakfast was delicious. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking to visit the area and would like to stay where the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding area. Not to mention it’s peaceful yet close to all the attractions. Enjoy!!!!」

「The amazing river view and indoor pool, with a fire pit just outside, made our vacation even more relaxing after long days exploring the Smokies. Anakeesta is also within walking distance, which was definitely a big plus. Overall, a wonderful experience!」

「This was our second stay here. It's close to the strip but yet quiet to rest. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Simple hotel but that's ok with us because we one down to get out and explore not hang out in the room. It's a nice clean space to get rest for the night. We will continue to book with them」

「Best value for money. Great breakfast options. Parking is fine. Very close to the downtown.」

「The room was roomy and clean, newly renovated. Quiet!!! The bed was comfy. Food ok. We had a balcony, but no time to spend on it. Will be back!!!」
