「My stay was truly pleasant and comfortable. The property is conveniently located within walking distance of Bon Marche and Pick n Pay grocery stores, with a lovely coffee shop just around the corner. I particularly enjoyed my morning walks up Mount Road — the 1.5 km stretch and back made for a refreshing start to each day. The staff were consistently welcoming, helpful, and accommodating, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to...

「Staff was very friendly and polite! The rooms were clean and spacious. Simba made our stay wonderful.」

「This is definitely a tranquil haven set amongst a city of contrasts. The team were attentive went out of their way to ensure my stay was relaxing, enjoyable and any needs/requests were promptly and efficiently dealt with. The Lodge is set within a lush garden landscape and rooms and common areas are clean and beautifully appointed. Breakfast was home cooked, generous & delicious. There was an option to also have cereals, fruit, cheese, yoghurt (buffet). York Lodge is a wonderful base from which...

「This has to be the best hotel in Harare. Particularly appealing is the garden. Food, especially breakfast, is similarly excellent. Price is reasonable」

「Perfect location. Good value. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Will be back next year.」

「I enjoyed the safari set up in the guest room. Also the staff is great. 」

「The staff were professional and engaging. The standard rooms were spacious, large, clean and comfortable. There is a food court nearby and it is walking distance to the CBD and also to shopping centres like Fife Avenue Shops. I would happily stay there again. Secure parking inside a gated complex makes it very safe. 」

「Sadly I was overnight in Harare for one night. I spent more time at the pool bar than my room. 😅 It was a beautiful and tranquil sitting at the pool side.」

「Terrence is a great host who goes above and beyond to assist you with any needs you may have. The entire staff was very nice and helpful. It's an affordable hotel, and great for what it is if you're fine with just a room and a shower. No food or coffee, but a great staff. 」

「Clean room, good breakfast. Friendly staff.」

「I stayed at the Holiday Inn Harare and loved it. The staff are excellent, the rooms are well appointed and the breakfast buffet was very good! The beef sausages were especially good. I would highly recommend staying here. 」

「Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast abd convenience to the city center」

「Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes Liftkonzept, keine langen Wartezeiten. Schöne Aussicht auf die Stadt.」

「First time to stay at Horizon Inn, I was pleased to see that staff were acting professionally, they were helpful. The rooms were clean everything provided was clean. Rooms are neat and tidy but if a small bar fridge can be available it adds to a superb place. I loved to eat my breakfast there at an affordable price. This place is nice being very close to the city and shops at it was a walkable distance」

「Le bâtiment est ancien, et même les meubles. Pas très bien entretenu. Mais un personnel très accueillant et serviable 」

「The venue is beautiful and stunning Staff is generally friendly but a few times they took ages to open the gate and both during the day and at night. During breakfast staff took forever to come and serve and a few times I would wait over 30mins before anyone attended to me. Apart from this, The Liam is a beautiful safe haven to stay, the aesthetics and decor is stunning, it’s in a quiet neighbourhood and very close to town & not too far from the airport as well I will definitely stay there...

「Good」

「The location is great, the building is a bit run down.」

「Beautiful, new hotel. The staff was super friendly. The Chop Chop restaurant is connected, convenient and tasty!」

「I was not able to stay here. The hotel was not where it said it was and did not exist. I tried to contact Expedia but just got circular bot garbage and disconnection. Finally Expedia just ghosted me. Never did they offer any other accommodation or my money back. And once disconnected, even though they knew definitively I could not stay there, it was though my problem vanished, and they made no further effort to compensate me in any way. I want my money back and I don’t think I’ll ever use their...
