「I showed up with a reservation and there were no rooms available. The hotel would not cancel my reservation and expedia was unable to get a hold of them. I will have to get my money back through my credit card. It's my understanding that several other people had this happen to them on the same day.」

「TERRIBLE. The walls are so thin that you can ear people speaking ( very loudly, even at 5am) at the reception. If you turn on the air condition you can also ear the very loud noise of the water in the tubes. The bathroom was clean, the room was decent. In overall, considering the price, it is fine for one night no more.」

「Good」

「Thank you for clarifying the policy. We’re still very keen to visit and stay at the hotel for one night in July. Could you kindly grant a replacement stay for us? Please let me know the available options and any details needed to confirm.」

「Room is clean and well maintained. Staff is very helpful and responsive. Parking is sufficient even when I check in at 1am. Overall, I have a good impression of this hotel and will definitely come for a repeated stay.」

「The location of the hotel is fantastic with KLS Mall and many eateries wirhin walking distance.」

「Considering the price is similar to a four star hotel in Singapore, the quality is not even close. One of the unpleasant and unsatisfying stay experiences. I travel at least 20 times a year I think I don't need to explain more.」

「Great stay. Really nice Hotel. Adjoining Mid-Valley Mall so lots of shopping just nearby.」

「Excellent stay on the high floor great unblocked views. Essential amenities were all there. Parking was complimentary. Access to shopping, food options and entertainment was great.」

「Lovely well maintained room. Shower and toilet clean and new. Would go again if visiting the area. 」

「Amazing hotel, super big and clean. A mall beside. Perfect」

「Extremely convenient hotel located within one of the largest malls in JB. The mall was amazing and offers many activities for kids and teens eg ice skating, roller blading, rock climbing, cinema and video arcades. There are anchor tennants as well as small stand alone shops with good bargains. It is about 15 minutes from the causeway checkpoint to Singapore. Will definitely stay again.」

「T hotel was easy to find. There was no check in person, had to go to the hotel a few doors away to do check in. Check in was smooth. 」
