「The professionalism and service level was beyond compare. on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best the nice hotels in the USA had to offer..... Hotel twenty-seven is a 10. I had multiple special requests to make our 40th anniversary special and they exceeded my expectations in every situation.」

「This hotel is beautiful. It is elegant but warm. The rooms are a lovely size and the back gardens are such a great outdoor relaxation spot. What makes this hotel special though are its people. They were not only kind, looking for opportunities to do more for their clients, but they were knowledgeable. I can not thank them all enough for making our stay so enjoyable.」

「Great location and the street the hotel is on is quieter than others. We had a lovely stay.」

「Perfect location, helpful staff, nice breakfast and spacious room」

「Excelente café da manhã e localização. O hotel fica perto de muitas atrações.」
