The quality of the service is quite reasonable, most of the staffs can speak English. Hotel amenities is quite simple, there is a simple swimming pool and small gym room. The Prom Ratchada Residence and Spa was a brilliant place to stay for a few days in order to explore Bangkok. The hotel itself is not luxurious, but is not terrible either, and for the money we paid, it was a real bargain. We loved the location; it is right next to a large hypermarket, with another large shopping mall a few minutes walk away. Most importantly, […] there is a metro station extremely close by (just through the corridor underneath the Big C hypermarket) which allows you to quickly access all the main sights of Bangkok very quickly and in air conditioned comfort! It's important to remember that Bangkok is a vast sprawling city and there is nowhere that clearly feels like the "city centre" hence do not be put off by this hotel's apparently distant location. There are certainly few tourists in this area, so we felt we got a nice sense of the more real Bangkok than might be gained from staying in some areas where many hotels are located. The only real problem with the hotel is the lack of safes in which to store items such as passports, tickets etc - if it should install this facility in rooms, I would have no difficulty in highly recommending the hotel to all visitors to this brilliant cosmopolitan city. もっと読む

The facility is okay, the staff @ the desk can speak English. I've notice the linen was not changed after the house keeping cleaned my room. Linen was only tidy up. Cardio exercise equipment provided at the ground floor reasonable. Very friendly security guards also, wishing they could speak English. I can only say OK to stay for night.
