滝の見える部屋指定でとまりましたが、カナダ滝が目の前にみえ、滝全体もみわたせました。高層階へアップグレードしましたが、ホテル自体が滝より高い位置にあるので、上の方でなくてもみえると思います。ナイアガラに泊まる際には、滝のみえる部屋がいいです。吸いこまれそうになるくらい壮大です。

滝を見ながらゆっくりしようと、年始に2泊しました。部屋は33階でしたが、滝の流れ落ちる前がメインの眺望になるので、その点は少し残念でした。ただ、全体的には壮観な景色が望めて大満足。部屋は広くて良かったです。期待していた朝食は、オムレツ以外はいまいちでした。

"cool shower and no late check out"
It was a very nice hotel, however, the water in the shower never got beyond lukewarm. Also, I inquired about a late check out(or simply just an extra hour to cover any chance of being late)and was given a less-than-friendly reply that they can hold our luggage in a room behind the counter.. We stayed here on 2/23/13 when we attended a Buffalo Sabres hockey game. The hotel is approximately 10 minutes from the First Niagara Arena and was easy to find. We enjoyed our stay but were disappointed that our room wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm when check-in is at 3pm. We came back again at 6:30pm and it was finally ready but there was no apologies from the front desk lady. We were from Canada and had had a very long day. This hotel was MINUTES from downtown Buffalo (just off the main freeway), very clean, extremely friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed the stay, the hotel is really nice. The continental breakfast isn't the best, but it's free so I didn't complain. The hotel itself is extremely hard to find, there isn't a big sign out near the road and it's directly next to another hotel so I was confused trying to find it. The hotel is fairly new, therefore you would expect it to very clean and well maintained. it was set in the perfect location for what I do when I visit Buffalo. We were there during a snow storm and in the morning, Brian, one of the Front Desk clerks, actually cleaned off our car and shoveled around it so we didn't have to wade through the snow to get in to it. Overall when it came to the hotel the stay was excellent. Although they promote the 'free hot breakfast', the breakfast isn't really all that good. After eating it I had an upset stomach on the first day and there wasn't any variety. The confusion that occurred with my credit card was that I paid through hotels.com for the room and was required to use […] my credit card for 'incidentals' that would be credited back to my card upon check-out. They ended up charging me for the room again. I ended up having to return to the hotel to follow up.
