台中駅から近いので、ここから台北や台南など移動するには最高のロケーションです。部屋もきれいで、インテリアもかわいくてセンスがいいですね。特筆すべきはフロントの日本語は話せるスタッフは愛嬌もよく、とてもサービスがいいです。安心して旅行することができました。

駅前ですが、駅の裏なので、駅からは階段がありやや不便です。それと眺めが悪い部屋が多いのも残念でした。設備は綺麗なのですが、和室タイプなので、洋室が希望の人はやや使いづらいかもしれません。ホテルは新しく綺麗なのは良かったです。

ガイドにも殆ど掲載されていない台中での宿泊でしたがとても満足しました。 ホテルの場所が台中駅（裏出口）から徒歩30秒ほどと非常によかったです。 また、ホテルから300m圏内に飲食できるお店も多く、コンビニも近くよかったです。 少しだけ日本語が出来るスタッフがおりタクシーの予約等を行って頂き深夜まで 仕事を行う当方にとって非常に助かりました。5泊したのですがただ1点、部屋に収納スペースがなくその部分はこまりました。当方が宿泊した部屋はバスタブでなくシャワーでした。パソコンも問題なく繋がりよかったです。

オープンしたばかりで、フロントスタッフが不慣れ。チェックインに時間がかかった。部屋にクローゼットが無く、デスクの上にハンガーかけがセットされているが、ワンピースやコートなど長い服はテーブルの上のコーヒーセットに触れてしまうので、不潔。ハンガーかけの位置を変更すべき。バスルームのインテリアもモダンな感じだが、化粧道具やアメニティを置く場所が狭く、使いにくい。なお、バスタブはなく、シャワーブースのみ。

バスケがテーマのフロアのエリートルームに宿泊。 モノトーンのカッコいい部屋で、コンパクトながらきれいで機能的でした。 スナック菓子も無料サービスで付いていました。 コンセントがたくさんあって便利です。 窓が大きい（台中駅裏口の駅舎が見えました）のと、壁一面が鏡なので狭さは感じません。 クローゼットはありませんが、ハンガーは十分あり、セーフティーボックスもあります。 1F奥に乾燥機付き洗濯機が4台あり、長期滞在には便利でしょう。 24時前に行ってみたところ、全て使用中で順番待ちの人も何組かいました。 駅（裏口）から徒歩1分なのも魅力的です。

日本のビジネスホテルのような感じです。 スタッフの対応がとてもいいです。 別途脇にコンセントがあり、携帯の充電など、便利に使えました。 また、朝食が思っていたより、内容が良かったです。 台中の出張時にまた利用したいと思います。

The hotel is located very close to the station. The hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. We can go to local night market from the hotel by 10 mins walk. The room is clean and comfortable. I will stay there again when I go to Taichung next time.

Excellent value for money. The hotel is located very near Taichung Railway Station. The hotel looked very new and the room we stayed in was very clean though there wasn't much of a view. The breakfast and service were also excellent.

5-min walk to Taichung station. A new and energetic hotel. A clean but a bit small room (even though we have been upgraded due to late check-in). Free laundering service. Excellent breakfast buffet. A relaxing corner on the G/F for internet service and rest. Overall speaking, highly recommended.

Was there for a 3D2N work trip. CityInn has really set the bar so high for the other business hotels after this trip. The hotel's interior design is very modern and fresh (not tacky), giving you a pleasant entrance and experience. Hotel is generous for a "budget" hotel, full amenities, clean solid towels, a working aircon (you'd be surprise how important […] this is), free wifi that has strong signal, the usual bottled water and chips. The room is quite small, but sufficient to get around... and clean. What mattered more to me is the toilet. It is actually spacious, and squeaky clean. Water pressure and heater checked. The only thing is that the ventilator doesn't seem to be working so it can get a bit stuffy in the toilet after a long shower - but that really is nitpicking. Hotel staff were absolutely great and helpful. Well-spoken english. The hotel actually called me 3 days before the trip to check the time of my arrival. For a small hotel, this is really thoughtful. Location didn't bother me as the standard of the hotel was more essential than staying right next to a big mall or next to the night market. The taxi ride to the biggest night market costs about USD7 one way. So it's cool. All in all, I'd say CityInn is a hotel with the price of a mid-range budget hotel, but quality provided is of a 4.5 star hotel and the service is of a 5 star hotel. Really impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff are. Thos is perhaps, their greatest strength. Room is not big but enough for me and my family to live comfortably. A lot of facilities are available as well. Eg: oven in public area, washing machine.
