We stayed at Hotel Sa Cheya on its opening weekend which happened to be Easter weekend. We couldn't believe how cheap the price was on hotels.com and... when we arrived the place was exactly how it looks in the photos, just lovely. It's a very short drive from the town centre to so very convenient. However we soon noticed that the rooms were incredibly cold and the heating was not working properly. In addition the water temperature was luke-warm at best. After the first night we mentioned the problems to the front desk and they explained it was all connected, they were having problems, having had just opened. We weren't too concerned until the second morning. My friend was leaving and had requested a wake-up call as with the daylight savings changes and lack of cell phone reception she wanted to make sure she woke up in time for her flight. The call never came which I find unacceptable. In addition there was now no hot water at all - the shower was freezing. On the last day the heaters in the room started working but the water temperature was only back to luke-warm. As we paid such a low price for the stay I have given an average rating but if we had paid more standard rates for the area it would have been unsatisfactory rating. I asked to speak to the manager but was told he wasn't available and the staff didn't seem to care about the problems we had had to put up with.
