Pretty darn Nice. The Area to west nothing great but easy walk to both Central Station & City Center. Good Eats across the street. Very nice folks and very clean.

This hotel is fine, but the suites are designed for a businessman, not a vacationing couple or family. Specifically, only an armoir, not a closet, with practically no room to unpack for an extended stay. The bathroom was fine, but not practically arranged for the woman of a couple to store her cosmetics, etc.

Enjoyed the Sandton Pillows. Very comfortable, room size was fine, quiet. Great service and decent location. Only negative is breakfast. It was good with a nice variety, but ridiculously overpriced. Do not get the breakfast unless you want to pay a fortune!

This is a very nice hotel with a friendly staff. It seems that this hotel was redecorated about a year ago which you can notice by its modern interior. The only negative point I have is on the pillows (only 2 and too soft for my taste)

Great rooms and location but not so helpful staff. Also the parking outside is very limited and you have to pay. No restuarant other than breakfast provision which is very expensive. The hotel computer is very slow and you can be heard from downstairs.

We had a Great stay at the Sandton Pillows Hotel, Brussels. Arrived at the Midi station and walked ten minutes up Stalingraat to the hotel. (found out on 2nd day that there was a subway/tube station behind hotel,Some grubby stores and characters. Near the Hotel things appear to be a little classier. The Hotel is very clean, not flashy, above standard. […] The Hotel staff were exceptional, nothing was too much for them to do to make our stay a pleasant one. We were given a beer and a glass of wine on arrival. Drinks were on the house between 6:00pm and 9:00pm. The room was bigger than expected, very clean, a desk and corner table with two lounge chairs. Furniture was classy and in good repair. Overall a nice room. Breakfast in the morning was better than the average hotel a good supply of healthy fruits, yogourts, muffins. The scrambled eggs at this hotel actually tasted good!! Thats hard to find. Upon request eggs weree made as per request. What I thought at first to be potatoes was actually FISH pieces.... And DELICIOUS......... On the day of leaving we were able to leave our lugage behind until time to pick it up to catch our train, enabling us to spend more time checking out the City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers looking for a nice two or three day break in Brussels. NOTE! When in Brussels try the Hop On Hop Off bus to get to know the City. This hotel was great: modern furnishings, large rooms, and a pretty good location...I would definitely stay there again. The hotel is a 5-10 minute walk to the Grand Palace and a 10-15 minute walk from the Midi train station. The only downside was spotty wifi service in the room but I was able to connect just fine in the lobby.

Pillows is a great place to stay. The rooms are lovely, the location couldn't be better for the price, the linens and room amenities are attractive and well designed. The daily breakfast (extra) is worth it. Just eat a lot and skip lunch if you are trying to save money. The only complaints: no parking, except for an expensive garage two blocks away […] (just suck it up and use it) and the free wifi coverage was spotty and unpredictable. The front desk person claimed theyere was a problem on our floor. But we've had wifi problems recurrently throughout our northern Europe road trip. Despite a few minor annoyances (the hallways are often dark because the motion sensors don't respond!) this is a solidly comfortable hotel with some originality. The staff are all very courteous and well spoken in English. Das Hotel liegt zwar nicht optimal - die Nähe zum Gare du Midi und der nicht besonders attraktiven Gegend wird allerdings durch eine gute Metro-Verbindung ausgeglichen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt von exzellenter Qualität. Das Personal ist effizient und freundlich, die Ausstattung superb. Ein Vier-Sterne Hotel am Rande der Fünf-Sterne-Qualität.

La habitación espaciosa y la cama comodísima y enorme. La ducha y lavabo estaban separados del wc. La estancia donde estaban la ducha y lavabo era un poco pequeña, aunque la ducha tenía un buen tamaño, pero el espacio libre era bastante pequeño, apenas cabían dos personas. El personal muy amable y el buffet muy rico y variado.
