This was a great location for us. We (my sister and 2 brothers and I) were there overnight to visit our sick uncle, who is in a facility nearby. The hotel is a fairly new and is clean and well appointed. Very good breakfast is included. The rooms were very nice and really comfortable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

It was great. They let me check in early. Rooms are super nice and clean. Fairly quiet. No strange smells. Hotel seems somewhat new. Great great value. Front desk lady was great.

I called up front desk if my room is ready for checkin. The gentlemen told me yes and my room is on the 2nd floor. I asked him if the pool is indoor so my kids and I can leave Legoland for indoor swimming-- he said yes. I showed up and the pool is out door and my room was on the 4th floor. The staff was courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. I enjoyed my stay very much the only negative thing I would have to say was the room was not cleaned very well prior to my arrival. There was one incident in which my door wasn't closed all the way after the maid had cleaned but nothing was missing upon my return.

This hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great with helpful, friendly staff and a good selection of food. Location was quiet which is very important to me. Parking and Internet were free. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel was perfect distance between San Diego and Los Angeles. Great hotel, sfaff was very helpful. Excellent free breakfast helped feed the kids and keep them full until the afternoon.

Unable to sleep all night due to loud patrons in hallway and partyers in pool area. 4 hours and two calls to front desk finally got staff attention. Will never stay at a Hyatt again.

We were staying for our sons graduation. It worked great, but if you're looking for really quiet rooms you might want to stay somewhere else. The sounds from adjoining rooms can be heard somewhat. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again, it was a great deal.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt! It was hidden back in the cut of Carlsbad and was a quiet getaway! The kitchen is open 24 hours so if u get hungry late night u don't have to leave! The staff was very hospitable and was always there to assist you! I would definitely stay there again soon!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've had. Great selection and everything tasted fresh and well prepared. This is a new hotel and the room was clean and beds comfortable. We will stay here again next time we come to this area.

thr breakfast was great. location was a good distance from legoland. everything was great. my only thing was the room carpet was a bit sticky in our room. we would still book it everytime we're in the area.

Overall, the hotel was nice, clean, and the staff was courteous. The breakfast provided was more than what was expected. The only drawback was that the location is a ways from the interstate. But, at the end of the day, they met all my needs. Thumbs up.

Hotel is new, so yes its clean. Staff is friendly too. If you are a breakfast person I would advice you go early to the breakfast area because if you go at busy time you will not only have enough coffee or any other food you will also stand in big line. But other than that yes the hotels is great!

I was told each room had itd own microwave. Little to my disappointment. When we brought our left overs with us. There wasnt. The dining room food was almost uneatable. No outlet for hair dryer also. Unless u wanted the cord in the sink. Overall a nice stay. But could have been a lot better.

I have never stayed at this hotel before but I will from now on when I am in the area for business. The staff was super friendly and they were constantly cleaning. Usually workout rooms have dated equipment but not this hotel. They had two treadmills that were the top on the line. The room was very comfortable with a great big screen TV.

I called the hotel to find out if my room would include the 2 beds and the sitting area and was told... YES.
