まず、設備の記載が嘘。セーフティボックスは無い。テレビは液晶ではない。予約を入れて居たにも関わらず入ってないと言われ30分以上フロントで待たされた。英語が通じると記載してあるが当日はタガログ語しか喋れるスタッフしか居なかった。部屋はかなり不潔。写真に騙されないように… 地元の人はラブホテル代わりに使ってるらしい。泊まらない方がよい。

価格もてごろで、立地条件はいいが、３泊して一度も部屋の掃除をしてくれなかった。気分のいいものでは、ないですよ。

チェックインの時から英語でいろいろと要求されました。本来はいらないはずなのにEチケットはとかクレジットカードは、などと。ちょっと困りましたが何とかなりました。英語で立ち向かう気がある人ならいいでしょう。テレビはNHKが入るのですが国際放送英語で、やっぱりさっぱりわかりません。そんなものなんですが。いろんな安宿に泊まっていますが、値段の割にはちょっとでした

Food was good. The room service was good. The cleaning of the room was good. The price was good. The mall is across the street was good. The air conditioning and no pests or bugs was good. The internet was goo d in the morning and slow at night but it was all good. See for yourself. I love it.

This hotel has great room service and the free breakfast was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was cleaned when I asked them do it. This hotel is a gem and it is right across the street from the mall. Room Service is 24 hours, wow. When booking was initially made,the studio sounded reasonably priced especially for a week stay. However the room turned out to be a box. Literally without a window not even in the bathroom. But no initiative from front desk to offer alternative after seeing the proposed length of stay. Good thing we were not claustrophobic. Staff were polite.

Hotel corridor leading to hotel rooms are not clean enough and smelt bad, it has a foul odor coming from the room toilet. Hotel keys have to be returned to the reception whenever leaving the hotel even for just a short while.

I do not recommend this hotel at all! It's dirty, smelly, and ugly. Floor smells like urine. Breakfast foods are very cold. The staff are very unfriendly. Dirty floors and walls. No hot water. Loud AC. TV is nothing but a dirty toy. No service really. Almost missed my flight because I counted on their wake up call that they missed. Hotel is like 45 minutes away from the airport, not like advertised. Breakfast is good but not for humans. Don't even consider staying there.
