旧市街の中にあるので、とても便利でした。 部屋はとても綺麗で、部屋の外にはミニキッチンもついているので簡単な料理もできます。 オーナーのご家族がすごく感じの良いフレンドリーな方で大変お世話になりました。 夜遅くの到着、早朝の出発でしたが、タクシーより安い料金で空港まで送迎してもらえました。 また次回も泊まりたいです。

是非お勧めです。プチホテルと云うこともあり、コースメニューでの朝食やサービス時間外での朝食対応など、納得の行くサービス内容でした。朝５時出発時にも雷雨の中、プロチェ門まで荷物を持って行ってくれたりと、、、、、。また泊まりたいホテルが増えました。

旧市街の中にあるので、観光にはすごく便利な場所でした。ただ路地の中にあるので、路地の入り口の建物に掘られている通り名を確認しないと迷います。着いたら管理人のパブロさんに連絡して鍵をもらって使い方の説明を受けますが、親切でおいしいお店やおすすめスポットも教えてくれます。普段はどこかにいますが電話をすればすぐに来てくれるので心配する事もありませんでした。夜に隣のバーの音楽が聞こえてくるのが気になりましたが、清潔で便利なので、気軽に泊まれるいいところでした。

８月に２泊しました。ちょっと高かったけど海側の部屋を指定して正解でした。ベランダも広く、ゆったりすごせました。ホテル前のビーチもとてもキレイです。リゾートとして過ごすにはビーチフロントで最高ですが、街中に出るにはバスが必要です。

"冷蔵庫がない"
冷蔵庫ありと書いてあったのに冷蔵庫（ミニバー）がなかった。レセプションに文句を言ったら、10月まで故障して修理に出している。としゃーしゃーと言われた。2部屋とったのにどちらにもなかったから、最初からないのでは？長距離バスターミナルから5分ぐらいだし、旧市街へのバス停はホテルの目の前だった。夏に水が冷やせないのはありえなかった。Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

Hotel was very nice, great location, staff were wonderful. Food in the attached bar/dining room was excellent and staff were very friendly and gave us excellent advice. Complimentary breakfast was also very good. The only problem was the air conditioning was not working and did not get fixed during our 2 day stay. We had to keep our balcony door open all night to keep cool and therefore sleeping was difficult due to the traffic noise. The ferry was 3 hours late arriving but the hotel were fine, let us use the lift via the restaurant even though it was closed so we did not have to carry bags up stairs, the wifi was good and the convenience wonderful. Staff was extremely friendly. It was not easy to bring up the bags when arriving and departing because due to high stairway entry to reception area. You can take bags through the restaurant to access elevators but not convenient. Regardless, the staff was excellent and easy access to everything. "Great hotel, esp for those taking a ferry."
We wanted a place to stay that was close to the ferry port as we needed to board a ferry the next morning. Hotel Petka was perfect! Couldn't have been more convenient. Also the on-site restaurant had some of the best food we had while in Dubrovnik! The free parking and wifi was a real bonus too! This hotel on the waterfront is a great place to stay . Air condtioning broken we were told after checking in, with repair planned 2 days later. Breeze in the evening off the water kept it reasonably cool with the balcony door opened but a little noisy. Lähistöllä kauppoja ja marketti, sekä venesatama aivan hotellia vastapäätä. Satamasta pääsee liikkumaan veneillä läheisille saarille. And then again, when I took another bus to Mostar, I could just walk to the bus station. The local buses, which took me to the old town area, had a stop just in front of the hotel.
