quiet location near boat to relight beach

My boyfriend and I stayed here back in November and choose this hotel solely based upon its reviews- and it did not disappoint! The hospitality of the staff was simply outstanding. the young lady at the front desk knew my name within a day, helped me book tours and travel and was simply very kind and sweet. the food at their restaurant was fantastic […] too-- We ate there three out of the four nights we were there... tried a bunch of different items and all were tasty. When i travel back to this area, i will for sure be staying here again. The neighborhood was quiet too-- which i really liked after a long day out. The pool was beautiful also! Nice hotel and friendly staff. Very affordable but basic hotel. Nothing fancy there. Would recommend that guests would rent scooters if possible since the cab service in Krabi and surroundings is quite expensive compared to similar service in Bangkok and other parts of more northern Thailand.

This hotel is pretty good, not fantastic. The location is good and bad -- it's away from the main centre, so quieter, but it's also sort of in the middle of nowhere and the surrounding neighbourhood is not great. But then again, it's just down the road from a boat dock so you can go to Railay Beach easily. If you don't mind cabbing it to town, or renting […] a scooter from the hotel (which I recommend), I would say it's a good choice. Thip Residence is neatly located at the quiet Ao Nammao beach. We spent a few days here in October 2011 and it was a perfect place to start our holiday. Hotel er ok som såda, det ligger bare langt ud. Og man kan ikke bade fra starnden ved hotelet, man skal med langbåd eller med bus ca. 5 km. for at kommer til en strand. det er eller i muligt at få noget på hotelet efter kl. 22 og øl kan man ikke få i byen.
