After spending time in and around italy and france at many different hotels, we found this hotel to be a breath of fresh air. Friendly and helpful staff welcomed us with warm smiles in the coldness of the night. Our hotel room was neat, tidy and we felt right at home in the well lit green and white room. The room was equipped with a kettle, sachets […] of tea, coffee, sugar and mini milk's accompanied by yummy tasting biscuits. It was simple yet very much appreciated. The bathroom was clean, modern and one of the best at all the hotels stayed at. Getting around was simple and so easy as the main bus line in Nantes was literally on the hotels doorstep. Small improvements would be: - to have more english speaking staff, as the language barrier caused some miscommunication at times. - inform the client of the pre-authorisation charge made to one's credit card on arrival (which does not get deducted off the account, but reflects as a pending transaction for the duration of the stay). probleme de lit non fait a notre arrive a 23h pour ma fille aparement pas pris en compte donc veulleur de nuit venu a l aide pour faire le lit

Hôtel conforme à la chaîne selon la version nouvelle génération. Environnement moyen (cimetière ou avenue) Restaurant convenable. Petit bémol (un verre offert pour une seule personne même en cas d'occupation en double et commande de deux repas ... cheap) Manque un minibar.

campanile qui change de tous les autres campanile. a recommander, pour tous les commerciaux de france. si les nouveaux campanile sont tous comme celui ci je prend ma carte!
