the elevater stopped working while i was on it. pushed button again and got to my floor, then the elevater door would not open all the way...had to push it open. No food or beverages in vending machines.. as i was walking down the hall, there was a garbage bag with what looked to be feces in it... disgusting! over all creepy feeling... Hotel under remodeling. Needs to do more thorough cleaning. Most of staff very friendly and helpful.

This hotel had paint pealing off the outside of it. The elevator quit working the second night. The first room reeked of marijuana smoke. There were people sitting on the floor in the hallways. The linens were old and stained. No one made the bed or emptied the garbage. The hotel is in foreclosure and should be removed from your site immediately!

Hotel was okay, knew they were renovating some of the rooms, but in our bathroom, the shower was leaking when we were trying to take a shower, the hot and cold knobs in the shower leaked when it wasn't on. The cold water in the bathroom sink did not work at all. Other than that the room was clean, beds were clean, everything else was great! The desk clerk was fantastic but that's about all I can say good about the hotel. I didn't have a reservation for the area and after several phone calls and research on the internet, this hotel was presented to me as a nice hotel. Hotel is run down. The entire second and third floor strongly smell of smoke. There is no wireless Internet. Dirty rooms. Rude night time staff. the hotel did not have the pool open. the lobby did not get swept for three days.

We stayed here for convenience because of WGI in Dayton, OH. The hotel is in the process of being renovated. The spa wasn't functioning and the pool was only available for 1 of our 4 days there. It really needed some TLC. It has the potential to be a great hotel once they finish the renovation. We were coming in from out of town, didn't know the area and it was too early to check in so we thought we would scout out the area so at least we knew where it was at. We didn't even go in we drove in the parking lot and left. It had a sign out front "Now Open" it looked like a dump that was still under construction and it wasn't in a very good looking […] neighborhood. I was really surprised that hotels.com would have something like that listed. It would also be very helpful to know what type of neighborhood (good/bad/ugly) the hotels are in prior to booking as safety would have been an issue. It was a very expensive night as it was too late to cancel and get any of our money back and we ended up booking our own room in a better area. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel after spending 4 nights there this week. We had to change rooms after the first night considering that the air conditioning unit did not work, and that the bathroom was not clean. When I first walked into the hotel, the lobby had a foul odor, and entire second and third floor smelled very heavily of food and […] smoke. When we returned late at night, there was usually a large group of people loitering in the lobby, socializing with the front desk person. The hotel also DOES NOT have wireless internet, as is advertized onine. A faint signal from another network sometimes shows up, and when I called the front desk to as if there was wireless, he answered "yeah, whatever shows up sounds right". There was not wireless. Also, the hotel staff kept propping open the door at the end of the hallway all night, despite us expressing security concerns, as we were not in the best of neighborhoods. Now that I am home, and unpacked my bags and returned my pillow to my bed, I am noticing small bugs crawling around the items that were in the hotel room. The hotel used to be owned by a large chain, and clearly all of the pictures that are advertized were taken when the hotel was taken care of. Now, the place is outdated, run down, dirty, and just unappealing. Do not be fooled by cheap rates. You get less than you pay for. Do NOT stay at this hotel!!! もっと読む

When we first checked in no information about the hotel or amenities explained to us. We were given keys and that was all. The first room given to us was not clean had to go back to the front desk to get a new room. The new room was not much better. The beds were actually made but there was hair all over the beds and the bathroom. The staff was not […] friendly. Thankfully we only had to be at the hotel to sleep. You get what you pay for here, I'd stay there again if I needed to.

Room was clean, everything worked except for the fridge but not a big deal for a weekend stay. Bathroom was a little dated and the exhaust system wasnt very effective. Overall a good place to stay. Not exactly in the most eye appealing part of Dayton but it was safe.

The rooms had mold all over the bathroom ceilings and coming down the walls and also in the rooms on the baseboards and coming up.

never had a problem since i've been staying @ this hotel.customer service is always a plus.if they had the bar and restaurant up and running that would bring in more money and give the guests more bang for your buck.overall i like this hotel.....

Had to get another room first room not clean ,frig. did not work, got another Frig., got a double bed one bed had stain on spread....

Clean but like going back to the 80's

Booked a king but recieved a double. Lobby and halls were unclean and our non-smoking room smelled of smoke. Bathroom tub had mildew. The ice machine was broken on our floor and there was no change machine for the game room. We tried to play pool but the table didn't work properly (wouldn't release the cue ball once knocked in) and the jukebox was broken […] as well. The pool was too cold to swim in but the hot tub was nice. Overall a very poor experience and we will find somewhere else to stay next time. もっと読む

I picked this room because of the pool 2 out of the 3 nights pool was not available and the one night swim was available. Parents were not supervising their children and front desk said there was nothing they could do about it. Children were climbing the gate and running unsupervised throughout the whole pool area. Will not be staying there again.

The Moraine Inn & Suites & Conference Center, on dryden dr, was a poor excuse for a hotel. it has a stinch type odor thru out the entire hotel. the night reseptionist could not find our resevations, ( but the day receptionist did the next day). it took 45 mins to get everything straightened up and get us a room. the room was booked for 4 people, there […] was only 2 towels and wash rags, the veding machines didnt work, all the night receptionist had to say about itwas , ya it would be nice if the worked, when i ask for more towels and wash rags, i was brought warm damp towels and rags, the pool sign states 9 am to 9 pm. but it is really from 11am to 11pm. もっと読む
