My room was badly maintained and slightly run down. the bathroom was even worse. I noticed hair and black smudges on the bath towel and dirt in the crevices of the bathroom. Mosquitoes bit me through the night. over all an awful stay.

I liked this hotel, specially the reception and the pool. The hotel has two restaurants: one ok (with waiters that seems to be afraid of making any mistake) and the Italian restaurant (with more relaxed atmosphere). The managers are around all the time, which makes the waiters unsecure and results in a decreased quality of service. Quit annoying! I […] think, otherwise, that the hotel is fresh, has good rooms and is located in an area close to many embassies. Important: Don’t go to the restaurant Yellow Chili, few blocks away from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay at the blowfish hotel! It's a nice and cosy place, good staff, good location and safe! But they can improve the cleaning in the rooms mostly change the sheets that look really used, and improve the cleaning in the bathroom, beside that i recommend it ! And i definitely will go back there for my future stays in Lagos!

Very well placed hotel in the heart of the banking sector of Victoria Island, Safety excellent with no problems. Staff very friendly and obliging, food excellent. Cleanliness of Hotel and room 2nd to none and it is the first time i have ever seen a dehumidifier in the room. Excellent idea, keeps the bedroom fresh and clear of mustiness.

Nice hotel at a quite street in the heart of Victoria Island not far from Bar beach and Silverbird Galleria. All personnel are very friendly. Neat rooms, but the conditioners are not working properly sometimes. The pool is great and well served. I would choose this hotel again because of the good location.

This part of Victoria Island is not too well developed, which makes a stay at Blowfish a relatively nicer one. The hotel is very well furnished as a boutique hotel, with a really spacious lounge and nice gentlemen at the front desk. The restaurant is good, offering quite a good selection of intercontinental breakfast dishes - with very attentive waiters […] too. My room is in the next block behind the swimming pool (which is very nice) - on the ground floor there is a comfortable lounge where you can lie down and enjoy some quite time as though you're in your own lounge. The room is well renovated, bathroom's design is hip. Safety is very well assured here because they won't let outsiders in or out easily. Lovely hotel interior & friendly staff. Quality of food need improving. Gym not located in the hotel but 2minute walk away from hotel. We would stay there again.

Dieses Hotel entsprach nicht einem 4Sterne Hotel wie ich es sonst in Lagos kenne. Als ich von meiner langen Reise ankam, konnte ich nicht duschen,es gab kein Wasser und mußte bis zum nächsten Morgen warten. Auch die Betten waren sehr hart,mir tat am nächsten Morgen mein ganzer Rücken immer weh. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war miserabel für ein 4 Sterne […] Hotel,die Minibar nicht gefüllt. Bei meiner Ankunft mußte ich um alles bitten,es waren nur Handtücher für eine Person,obwohl wir zu zweit reserviert haben, Wasser mußte ich zusätzlich kaufen,weil nur eine kleine Flasche da stand, und Bügel waren auch nicht im Schrank. Es war feucht im Schrank und es roch muffig.Bitte betrachten Sie meine Aussagen immer unter den Aspekt, das es sich hier um ein 4 Sterne Hotel handeln soll und ich meine es sind maximal 3Sterne. Auch das Frühstücksbüffett lies zu wünschen übrig,keine Brötchenauswahl, nur Toastbrot und Belag sehr wenig,es liegt sicher daran,das das Hotel nicht unter europäischer Leitung geführt wird. Auch auf das Mittagessen mußte ich fast eine Stunde im Restaurant warten, die Kellner sehr langsam. Dagegen muß ich positiv hervorheben das kleine italienische Restaurant, gute Speisen und schnelle Bedienung. Die Geschäftsführung kümmert sich hervorragend um die Gäste und ist sehr bemüht.
