4月中旬から5月頭まで11泊しました。ユニークな形の建物でしたが、中はとても綺麗で広く、レセプションもとても感じのいい方ばかりでした。利用客は現地で働くビジネスマンが多いようで、とても品が良く、ジョイナフィーや夜の遊びを満喫しに来ているような日本人年配者もいなくて目にも快適です。サイアムやアソークからちょっと離れた場所にあるので帰宅に時間がかかりますが、ＢＴＳバンチャックからすぐなので、帰宅が遅くなっても怖くありません。繁華街ではなく、周りに何もない場所ですが、それが逆に‘家に帰る’感があって良かったです。また利用したいです。

非常にコスパの高いホテルだと思います。 4泊しましたが、プールでゆっくりするもよし、トレーニングするもよし、 BTSが近くなので街にいくのもよし、値段を考えるととてもいいホテルです。 キッチンがあるので、そこで料理して、ベランダにも机といすがあるので、 そこでご飯食べてビール飲んでゆっくりしてました。洗濯機もあります。 朝食は種類は少ないですが、日本人の口にもあいました。 英語はほぼ初級、タイ語は全くわかりませんでしたが、笑顔で気さくに話しかけてくれて スタッフの対応もよかったです。 また泊まりたいです。

昨年オープンしたMegaBangnaへもBTSで2駅のUdomsukから無料シャトルバスで…。同じく昨年オープンのBTS,Ekamai駅直結で日本食なら何でもあるGATEWAY EKAMAI。そして従来のショッピングの中心SiamへもBTSで15分程度と行動派には大変便利な立地にあります。ホテルは部屋の広さ、清潔さ、キッチン設備の充実さなどどれも大変満足いくものです。また人数に応じてチョイスできる部屋のバリエーションの多さも嬉しいですね。またスタッフも全員気さくで親切な人ばかりで大変居心地の良いホテルです。ホテル予約時にはリクエストで高層階希望を書かれることをお勧めします。

接客がいいです。部屋を、グレードUPしてくれました。景色、最高でした。 近くにセブンイレブンもあり、BTS駅近く便利。 朝食の味が、前回に比べて、美味しいと感じた。 浴槽が、あまりきれいになっていなかった。 プールの水が少し冷たかった。 プールやサウナの使い方が、今ひとつ分からないところがあった。

ホテルでてすぐにBTSの駅があるので移動は便利です。スタッフは人によりますがいい人は一生懸命対応してくれます。悪い人はすぐに何か頼むと嫌な顔します。ホテルの部屋はまだ出来て一年ぐらいなのでわりときれいです。ホテルと言うよりちょっとしたマンションになっているので部屋にスリッパがなかったり、アメニティーはシャンプー、石鹸、ボディローション、コットン、シャワーキャップしかありません。歯ブラシなどは道路の反対側にあるコンビニでかえます。部屋にはキッキンがあり、ポット、レンジ、食器や鍋類があります。長期滞在ならコインランドリーもあるので便利はいいと思います。あまり清潔ではありませんが反対側に夕方まで屋台がたくさんならんでます。タイに慣れてる方や、体の方の生活に触れたい方にはいいホテルだと思います。

ガードマンからベルボーイ・フロントそしてハウスキーパーみんな明るく対応して気持ちの良いホテルです。今回はステューディオスーペリアを一人で利用しましたが部屋も広く清潔でした。MEGA　Bangnaが出来Siamだけではなく両方向に大変便利です。残念なことは近くにコンビニ等が無いことぐらいでした。

BTS BanChak駅から近くて、街の中心部に出るのに便利でした。 ホテル自体も部屋も綺麗で新しく清潔感を感じられました。 ただ、一つだけリクエストをするとしたら、ランドリーを利用できる時間を夜中迄延長してくれたら有難かったです。 夜10時には洗濯機がある部屋が施錠されてしまっていて、夜中に洗濯しようと考えていた私はちょっと困りました。

コンペ先はオークウッド＠バンナー。 朝食はこちらの完敗、客室の質感も劣る。従業員のホスピタリティは同等に非常に良い。BTS駅前と地元市場が徒歩1分にある立地、日本語フリーペーパーの種類が多い点はこちらにアドバンテージ。重視項目は個人差がありますが、個人的には星一つ分こちらが劣ってます。 ロビーに日本語フリーペーパーが４種類ほど置いてあるのは評価。ロビーに置いてあった英字誌記事広告を眺めていたら、マネジメント受託企業の責任者が「日本人がメイン客」とコメントしていた。その割には新聞は英字しかなく日本語は置いてない。フロントスタッフに理由を尋ねたたら、客が少なく最低宅配部数に届かないからだと。ロビー用だけでも系列店からの定期便に同梱するなど、方策はいろいろあるだろうに。タダ（フリーペーパー）なら […] 置くが有料（新聞）なら置かない/先行投資はしない/改善策なんて考えない、客が集まったら問題は自然に解決するでしょ、てなタイ式マネジメントの典型ですな。 同じくタイ・マイナー系サービスアパートのジャスミン2号店（ジャスミン・リゾート）は、オープン間もないのに日本語新聞を置いてますけど。 また、英字誌記事広告によると、運営受託企業の本業はテキスタイルとの事だが、カーテンはじめソファーやリネン類に特別な質感を感じない。まあこの件は運営受託企業の問題ではなく、物件オーナーの意向によるところが大きいのかも知れませんが。 マネジメント受託企業はBKKでサービスアパートを３店舗も運営していますが、各々の物件のコンセプトやら、このチェーンの特徴が見えない。 いろいろと書きましたが、要はマネジメント受託企業の顔が見えないってこと。 もっと読む

私達はスイートをとったのだが、見事だった！高級アパートの感じがして、値段以上の価値があった。レセプションエリアで働くスタッフも真摯に優しく人々を出迎えてくれる瞬間から素晴らしかった。ベルホップが私のお気に入りの一人だった。ロケーションは少し外れていて、街の最もトレンディな地区ではないが（実際ローエンドの方）だが、比較的清潔で、安全でスカイトレインのすぐ隣だ。Bang Chock（ここへ泊まるとあなたの駅）はSiamから１０駅目（約１５分）、そして一日乗車券が役に立つ。この場所が気に入ったので、またここへ来たらいつでも泊まるだろう。満喫した！！！

1ベッドルーム・エグゼキューティブを予約した。スペースがたくさんあった。高品質の家具と、シャワーボックスとバスタブが別々のとても広々としたバスルームがあった。スタッフはとても礼儀正しくて親切。チェックアウト時に、最初は間違えた請求書が作られたけれど、すぐに訂正された。無料の朝食は非常に美味しかった。ビュッフェではなかったけど、代わりに朝食セットのメニューが選べた(アジア料理、インターナショナル料理、タイ料理など)。レストランはホテルと比較してかなり狭かった。レストランにはディナー・サービスが無いので注意。素敵なプールとジム。観光エリアからは遠いけれど、BTSのBang Chak駅までわずか徒歩2分。バンコクで最も人通りの多い道路の1本に沿った場所にある。全体として、とても快適に滞在できた。
