１階の入口すぐそばの部屋でした。廊下の音や話し声がけっこう聞こえます。 夜中にシャワー(バスタブなし)やドライヤー(備え付け)は憚られるかんじ。 部屋はスーツケースを広げられない広さです。ちょっと暗くて、ホント監獄みたいでした(笑) でも何やらアロマがたかれてました。 トイレはきれい。ただあの小バエはどこから入ってきてるのか…。２匹ほどやっつけたけど次の日にはいました。 個人的には特に難はなかったです。お値段相応です。 スタッフも優しかったです。

JFK空港からであると、地下鉄A線のHoyt Schermerhorn駅から歩いて2kmほどあります。しかし、ホテルからマンハッタン島まではunion st駅かatlantic av駅から乗り換えなしで行けますし、駅も1km以内で近いです。ホテル周辺にはデリが何箇所かあり、そこまで不便じゃないです。ホテル自体は、一見わかりにくいです。部屋はベッドが8割を占めていて、TVやクローゼットがあります。まぁ狭いですが問題ないかと。シャワールームも清潔ですし、何よりインターネットは無料無線LANが各部屋にあり、速度がとても早かった。受付の人も、二十代の女性店員さんでした。

It's a newer almost boutique hotel. Yes they are the smallest rooms ever! But modern bathrooms and very clean. Biggest complaint was no bedside lamp. Had to get out of bed to turn off the ceiling light which I hate ceiling lights. Too bright. I enjoyed my short stay, I can't give a full review though since I didn't stay for the breakfast. Sure it's a small room but it did the job. Clean, friendly staff and conveniently located near 5th avenue and all the fun shops, restaurants and cafes it has to offer. Would recommend it to my friends back home in Sweden.

We were barely at the hotel because of the size of the room. It was MINI pocked size! Plus breakfast was a voucher to get a muffin and a coffee in a cafeteria somewhat close to the hotel. Service was great though.

The hotel's location, staff, and overall condition were fine. Unfortunately, this was a business trip for me, and there were two things in particular that were really tough to work around. First, the "desk" was a side table about the 12x18 and about 30 inches high, and there was a folding chair. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Budget is budget, but this isn't worth it... A cheap room typically means smaller size and less amenities. Breakfast at nearby diner was wonderful. Extremely small room approx 8 x 10. Bed shoved against a wall with maybe 2 foot aisle on other side. Only way to watch TV was to stand against the door. We intentionally booked a "small room" which still had an ample queen sized bed, large bathroom, and convenient storage space.
