Excellent place to stay highly recommended the hosts Tony & Sue made me most welcome. Room nice and clean even let me check in before time!Nothing was no trouble, breakfast was nice kept me going all day. Handy for all attractions not having a car this was an absolute must. When i visit Blackpool again i will book the Rocklea again

Close enough to all the Blackpool sights but just far enough away from the hubbub to get a quiet nights sleep.

The owners are very friendly & welcoming with a clean & well maintained hotel. Breakfast was included & the portions were very generous!! It's only a short walk to the seafront & all the attractions & the hotel did have free parking for residents which was definately a benefit. Owners were really friendly and helpful. Rooms were really clean and the breakfast was a 10/10. Close to the town and sea front. See you again next year we hope!

Hotel was nice, clean and close to all the Blackpool features that we required. Breakfast was the best we have had in comparison to other times we have been away. Sue and Tony were a lovely couple and could not do enough for you. Would definitely check their availability when planning to stay in Blackpool in future.

i would recomend the hotel to any of my freinds and family,it was like home from home, sue and tony couldnt do enough for you, the food was plentyful and very delicious hmmm, they will be my 1st choice next time i go up there, just like to say thanks to the both of you for making our weekend more enjoyable and comfortable

Very nice friendly couple, instant welcome, lots of repeat guests there. Our only niggle was that we were awoken between the hours of 3am and 6am by noisy guest returning to other hotels nearby, but this was not there fault....Sue and Tony seemed to have an older guests base ie 30+. welcoming couple ,very friendly and landlady very bubbly ,nice comfortable room very clean,was a pleasure to stay there ,breakfast was delicious full english ,not swimming in fat either .

Very clean, comfortable and good priced hotel. 5 mins walk to the town centre. Best full english breakfast I've had for ages!! Run by a friendly couple, Sue makes everyone feel welcome. Would definitely go back!
