お値段から考えると十分以上満足な設備でした。ただQueens Townの中心から9km離れているので、市内で食事をして（お酒を飲んで）タクシーで帰る、という状況はあり得ません。ホテル内のレストランで飲食するか、私たちがしたように市内で買い物をし、部屋で食べるということになります。（ホテル内にコンビニがあり、それなりの買い物はできます）。

Really super and modern but very far from everything as on the other side of the lake to Queenstown - no eating places nearby! We booked out early.

We stayed here last month and were so impressed that we returned this month for another stay. But this time we chose an upgraded room with a lake view. In all the two visits were the same. Great hotel, great beds, and good value for money. Both rooms were identical good quality so its up to the individual if the view is worth the higher cost.

very large room , comfortable bed, nice to have a separate lounge, buffet breakfast was good with a lot of different choices. reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. All in all a great hotel and would definitely stay again on another special.

We stayed three nights over Easter and the room was excellent - lovely King bed, couch to laze on while watching TV and a well equipped Kitchenette. The hotel is nice, new and clean. Far away from downtown Queenstown. Not recommended for people without a car. I booked this hotel on Expedia when it was on sale but didn't realize Hilton added an extra $25/day as service charge. I phoned Expedia but they say it is Hilton charges the extra money. I wasn't too happy about it but the price was still reasonable […] even with the extra $25 on top. I booked the room including breakfast and the breakfast is well worth it. They only charged $15 for breakfast for two. However the hotel will charge you $35 per person if you didn't book it in advance. Everything in NZ is very very very expensive, a cup of coffee will cost you $4.5 so the $15 breakfast for two is very reasonable. 10 Minutes from Airport and right off Rt 6 to Invercargill and the Southland. At the same time very close to Queenstown and all the attractions of the area. Super staff and car parking is located under hotel so its easy to get your stuff to your room via elevators. Super comfortable bed and very clean. Did not want to leave, but we will be back.

Booked 2 rooms-interconnecting and werent allocated correct ones. Had to shift. No teatowel or discloth in room either days. Only 2 sachets of coffee and sugar which was not enough. Room keys wouldnt work on either rooms on 2nd day. Had meal in bar on fri nite with a 3yr old and it took 40mins to be served.

The only thing i didn't like was the parking garage. We had a big vehicle and it was hard to park. The rooms were great and the hotel service was excellent. Very comfortable stay. Also wish they had free internet.

Day1. Arrived at 2.45pm, told our room would not be ready until 3pm. Back at 3:15pm, room not ready but they gave us a couple of free drink vouchers and said come back at 4pm. Back at 4pm and room was ready but other people at the front desk complaining that their rooms were not ready.. Tried to use toilet and found out the water was disconnected. Rang […] reception and 40 minutes later we had water (plumbing issue on our floor). Given another couple of drink vouchers for the inconvience. Tried to use the shower but there was so much air in the pipes that the shower head cracked open and partially flooded the bathroom.. Mtce staff fixed this problem but did not mop up the warter so we used bath towels. Day 2. Went for a long drive and arrived back at 4pm to find that our room had not been cleaned and we still had the soaked bath towels. Rang reception and room was finally cleaned but a little note left telling us it would be greener to keep using the same towels! Day3 Room cleaned at 4pm. Day4. Knock on door at 9am by clening maids wanting to do our room. Said give us a few minutes and we will go for a walk and let them get on with the cleaning. Very good accommodation. Staff were friendly. Little bit far from town center, but not a problem with the water taxi or if you have a car. Room was very well priced, very clean and had an amazing breakfast. We also had a great meal at Me & Mee Noodle Bar.

Very nice hotel,new,clean, beautifully designed. Our unit was small but had everything we needed- a functional kitchen, a bedroom , a small living room and a full bathroom. We loved a front desk girl who was extremely polite and helpful. Exceptionally good breakfast as well !!!

It was an amazing place to stay! with the convenience of shops and eateries within walking distance. Beautiful rooms, temperaturised, modern. For the price you pay, it's definitely the best you can pay for a hotel in Queenstown. New hotel and superb quality! It's close to a lake and with excellent breakfast and service. The only disadvantage is that it's slightly far from the city centre.

Even though this hotel is located a little out of central Queenstown - it is still very accessible by water taxi/bus/car. The setting (right on the lake front) is superb - glorious views with tranquility. Great facilities on site - a choice of restaurants, a "supply larder" type shop, hair salon, beauty spa, tourist activity booking office.

Good parking at this hotel was great. We also enjoyed the MeMee restuarant although it was open only 1 night during our stay. Not pleased with the expensive wireless internet and the view of a concrete wall out of our window.
