This hotel is beautiful and very well located, super close to the Zocalo. Check in was very easy even though I arrived a few hours before check-in time. The staff was very friendly and the room was huge. The bed was really comfortable and the room had a small balcony that overlooked the street. Overall a very nice little boutique hotel. Service and staff were very accomodating and nice. Only drawback was the heat at night. I had a room with no windows and it got uncomfortably warm at night even though it was very cool outside. Es un hotel precioso, con una ubicación inmejorable. Con lo único que hay que tener cuidado es con el estacionamiento. Aunque efectivamente el hotel cuenta con algunos especios, no tiene lugares para todos los cuartos. Hay un estacionamiento que abre las 24 hrs como a 20 metros del hotel, sobre la misma calle. Sino, uno queda a merced de los acomododadores […] o "viene-viene" que se van turnando durante el día y cada uno quiere una "cooperación" de 30 pesos. Ubicación inmejorable, excelente trato y diseño. Nos quedamos en la Suite Porfiriana, muy bonita en la esquina más alta del edificio con lo cual teníamos vistas exteriores. Lo malo: el ruido de descargas de los camiones en la madrugada que nos quitaron algo de sueño. Otra cosa a mejorar es que en el desayuno (fruta fresca, huevos al gusto, molletes […] muy ricos), con ofrecerlos con jugo de naranja natural y un buen café, subiría muchísimos puntos. "Una Maravilla de Hotel"
Una maravilla de hotel, es increible que todavia existan construcciones tan antiguas y bonitas como estas y a solo unos cuantos pasos de la bellisima catedral, en donde a la gente que nos gusta la historia, la arquitectura y la cultura nos sentimos deleitados por todos sus detalles y su decoracion. La gente que atiende es sensacional, con una disposicion […] increible y excelente trato conforme a la casa. Ademas los precios estan por debajo de lo que costaria quedarse en un hotel como este en otro lado de la republica o en diferente pais, todo el hotel esta decorado con antiguedades de alta calidad, tuvimos oportunidad de conocer otras habitaciones y notamos que cada una tiene una decoracion y detalles diferentes, y por eso nos mencionaron que tienen nombres diferentes. Algo que tembien nos gusto muchisimo es que caminando llegas a todos lados, no hay necesidad de pagar taxis y estacionamientos carisimos. La suite porfiriana nos remontó a la historia, nos encantó su techo alto, la decoración, las pinturas en el techo de la recamara y el baño, tiene bonito balcón. La arquitectura del hotel nos hizo apreciar más la ciudad colonial de Puebla, a pocos pasos del centro está muy bien ubicado y no hay ruido de coches.
