エクスペディアの影響力で、部屋のグレードはそこそこにしてくれていましたが、利用上のサービス問題が多く、自分の知り合いには、断じて勧める気にはなりません。その理由は ①授業員の程度が悪すぎます←これが最大の理由です。フロントを含め、お客様サービスという意識がまるでない。フロントは就業中寝ていましたよ。 市内から少し離れて、静かなところだと期待していましたが、泊り客（特に中国人団体客）のマナーの悪さと、従業員のレベルの低さで全くの期待外れでした。 同じような人が出ないように、正直に今回の体験を書きます。 エクスペディアも取り扱わない方が良いと思います。 ②大幅な改装をしたというものの、水回りは依然悪く悪臭が残る。 タオルも相当使った古いもので、薄く質が悪い。（自宅でも使わないレベルで、「１００均 […] 」で売っているものよりも悪い） ③アメニティの質もどれもひどい←とても使えず、結局コンビニで別途買い替えました。万一利用されるのなら、自分で持って行かれることをお奨めします。 ④レストランの従業員のレベルは、見事なぐらい劣悪で、味もひどいのに値段は一人前←案内された入口傍の席は、ロビーと直結し、外気が頻繁に入って寒いから、席を変えてくれといってもここしかないと。 余りに寒いのできつく行ったら、奥に席がいくつも余っていて、ようやく変えた。 出てきた料理も、決して食べられたものではない。 中国人団体客の大声で、落ち着いて食事する雰囲気ではなかった。 ⑤部屋にセイフティボックスがない。←聞くとフロントに預けろと。出し入れする際、毎回こんな不愉快をするのならと、いつもパスポートは持ち歩きました。 一事が万事、通常のホテルとしての最低機能が欠けていますので、一部の方の例外を除き、一般の利用は避けられた方が賢明です。 もっと読む

普段利用しているホテルの料金が軒並み高かったので、到着当日に１泊だけ利用。部屋はこじんまりながらも清潔で想像以上。ただ、wi-fi無料とあったが全く接続できず。その旨をフロントに伝えたところ、英語の話せないスタッフが来て、“wi-fi no good, sorry" とだけ笑いながら言って去って行った。この対応にはかなり不満。結局チェックアウトまでwi-fiは一切使えず。また、朝食付きのプランであったが、中華のみで自分にはきつかった。あと、場所に関しては、事前に丘の上と知っていたので特に問題なかったが、チェックアウト後のタクシーは本当になかなか来ない。

古いせいかマカオのホテルにしては部屋が狭く、天井が低かったように思う。ロケーションは若干山の中腹にあるので不便であるが、周りの環境は静かで良いところにあると思う。

丘の上にあり、例えばホテルリスボアまで徒歩で１５分くらいかかる距離かと思います。しかし、お部屋は清潔で最低限のアメニティも常備されています。特別豪華というわけではないですが、標準的なホテルに手ごろな値段で泊まりたいという方であればお勧めできます。繁華街から少し外れて寂しい（静かな）環境ですが、ホテルから５，６分坂を下ったところにセブンイレブンがありました。なお５００ドルのデボジットをチェックインの際に要求されるので注意してください。

値段が安かったので宿泊してみましたが、やはり値段なりですね。せっかくの旅行だったので、もう少し良いホテルを予約すればよかったと後悔しました。たまたま寒い日だったのですが、部屋の暖房が全く効かなかったのには参りました。

テレビの電源が何回も切れた。接触が悪いのか？電波が悪いのか？改善必要。コンビニも近くにあって、特に不便は感じなかった。値段を考慮すれば、マカオでは良いのではないでしょうか？安く泊まりたい人には良いかも？

部屋はきれいでゴージャス！！！子どもたちも大喜びでした。 ただ、冬なのに暖房がなく、布団の中以外はとても寒かった。2日目にその旨告げるとヒーターを貸してくれることになり、快適に過ごせました。

市場も近くに有り、マカオ庶民の生活を感じられる場所に立地している点が良い。 ホテルを離れる際も、送りのマイクロバスを用意してくれる点が良い。

悪いところから書きますが、まず場所が不便です。浴槽が浅いです。ナイトクラブの騒音が朝方までうるさいです。セキュリティーボックスがありませんでした。日本が誇るビジネスホテル「東〇イン」ほどきれいではありません。スタッフの対応は良いですが、マカオでは普通のことです。 ここまでけなしておいてアレですが、ただそれを補って余りある魅力がこのホテルにはあります。異国情緒あふれる景色が客室から、屋上テラスから楽しめます。高級ホテルの作られた「くつろぎ」よりも居心地はいいです。料金に対する満足度は非常に高いと思います。

世界遺産周遊コースの東の起点であるギア灯台の真下に位置している。外港埋立地と違って、車の交通量も少なく、歩きで観光をするのによい。セナド広場には坂を下って約15分。ただ坂の上に位置しているので脚力に自信のない人にはお勧めできない。寧ろ日頃の運動不足解消を狙う人にはぴったりの宿である。 マカオではタクシーが不足しているのは事実であり、中心部うから少し離れたホテルやレストランではタクシーを呼んでも来てもらえない事もあったのだが、このホテルでは概ね2～3分で来てくれた。カジノのないホテルなので、他にタクシーを待つ人も殆どなく助かった。スタッフは若手が中心だが非常に丁寧で親切。人数が不足気味であるのだが労働生産性が非常に高く、客に不便をかけることはない。やや英語の苦手な人もいたのだがゆっくりと丁寧に話せば通じない事はなかった。 部屋は広くはないが清潔。高台にあるので、非常に眺めもよい。マカオの相場が安いのかも知れないが、衣類のクリーニングがとても安価なので3泊以上される方は利用した方がよいだろう。 ホテル内の中華料理屋も朝食の飲茶に利用したが、十分満足できる味だった。また近くには庶民的な料理店（Vencendoraや皇冠小館など）も多く、食事にも苦労はしないだろう。 Totally […] good.　Rocation is near the park and almost top of the hill.Landscape view is quite good. マカオのきらびやかなホテルとは全く異なり簡素ですが 値段的な点、ちょっとしたリゾート的な作りなど個人的には好きです。 カジノに負けて、少し気分を変えたいホテルとしては最適ですよ。 リスボアからタクシーで１メーター。また、リスボアに向かうときは 下り坂なので歩いて行けますし。 あと、フロントの女の子の制服、なかなかカワイイデス。

このホテル、マカオグランプリのコースサイドにあり、有名なギアコーナーというところに建っています。部屋夜でしょうがうまくいけばそのコーナーを見下ろす部屋に泊まれます。 観光するにはちょっと不便なところにありますが、タクシーやバスで簡単に市内中央に出ることができます。リスボアやセナド広場までタクシーやバスでで５～１０分以内です。 タスシーは直ぐ呼んでくれますし、バス停は徒歩１分です。 市内中央からちょっと離れるせいで夜も静かですし、私の泊まった部屋にはバルコニーに椅子がありそこからギア灯台が至近に見え、内港やサンズが見えます。 夜には涼しい風が吹き、とても気持ちが良かったです。屋上ガーデンからはギア灯台はもちろんグランドリスボアも見えます。 ギア灯台はホテルの前から歩いて５分、いい散歩コースです […] 。 アメニティは普通ですが必要なものは全て揃っておりとても快適です。スタッフも親切でフレンドリーです。レストランでは朝から飲茶を食べることができ、とても美味しく、しかもリーズナブルです。 他のホテルに比べてとても安いですが、大きな欠点はほとんど無く逆にお値打ちであるといえます。何よりバルコニーからの景色は何物にも代え難いものがあります。 ですからせっかく泊まるのであればバルコニーのある部屋をお勧めします（多分５部屋ぐらいしか無いと思いますので事前指定しておく必要があるかもしれません） 唯一無料の無線ＬＡＮがちょっと弱い・・・ホテル内のいろんなところで試しましたが実用にはちょっと・・・でした。 カジノや人混みが苦手な人にはお勧めですよ(^^;) もっと読む

最終日、飛行機が欠航になって、あたふたしていたのを 受付の人対応のおかげで、無事に日本に帰れました。 受付には女性スタッフが三人くらいいましたが、 みな親切で、こちらのたどたどしい英語に 合わせて、一生懸命対応してくれました。 ありがとう。

ホテルのフロントデスクはほとんど英語を話せなかったけれど、親切だった。レストランでは誰も英語を話せない。インターネット用のWi-Fi接続はとても酷く、メールのチェックやネットサーフィンをするのにとても遅くて、かなりイライラする。このホテルはお薦めしない。

狭い部屋にはベンチが無く、そのためスーツケースを床の上で開けなければいけなかった。スタッフは礼儀正しく、英語を十分に話せた。中華料理は朝食だけ(あれが点心だったなら、あらゆる種類の点心)。ディナーはまあまあ良かった。公園(Fort Guia)の隣の良い場所にあり、バス停も近い。部屋に無料の水のボトルが無かったことで、不平を言わなければいけなかった。不平を言うと、水を持ってきてもらえた。良い価格で取れたならお薦めするが、中国の休暇の時期だったので、私たちは法外な料金を支払った。私たちが支払った5つ星の料金に見合う価値は、間違いなく無かった。

チェックインは悪くなかった。言葉の壁(英語)は少し厄介だったけれど、まだマシだった。部屋は清潔で、ホテルはまあまあだった。ベッドは小さくて、とてもとてもとても硬かった。床で寝た方が快適かもしれないと感じた!

Can opt out for the breakfast which comes with limited choice. The service staff in the restaurant is rude but the check-in counter staff is friendly. A stay which is an escape from the downtown but still have a quick access to it. Scenic view from my hotel room relaxes my mind that I enjoyed most.

The room is generally clean. The room also comes with a bath tub. When we returned, our room has already been tidied. The location of the hotel is on top of a hill, and returning at night can be quite tiring. The hotel has its own free shuttle, but the interval is 1hr.

I thought there was going to breakfast but it was dimsum instead. There were no movie channels as advertised. The staff were great and very helpful. The free wifi is in the lobby. It was so hard to get a taxi driver who new where it was. The view was great and the room was clean.

For the price, in Macau, Guia is good value. It's on top of a hill, above the majority of casinos, only a short cab ride away (cabs are very cheap). The hotel also has a free shuttle which is available on demand if you ask nicely. The rooms were small but clean, and beds were firm which I like. The hotels and casinos seem to be split in Macau between those who specifically cater for westerners (with english speaking staff) and those who don't bother. On basement level 1 is a 'nightclub', which is essentially a pole dancing strip club/brothel, but doesn't impact on the hotel as such because it has separate access from a side street. I didn't try any food in the hotel, which is strictly Chinese. Macau was great but if you're taking the ferry from Kong Kong, prepare for a LONG wait in the immigration line at the Macau ferry terminal. I waited for 90 mins behind what seemed like 2000 people.
