一泊で利用させていただきましたが、一週間ほど泊まりたいほど快適でした！部屋が清潔だし、広さも十分。難波駅のすぐ近くで夜も道頓堀など散策出来ました。皆、大満足でした。又是非利用させて頂きたいと思っています‼

ホテルと思うとサービスが足りない気がしますが、コンセプトが『サービスアパートメント』なのでとっても良いです。 ウィークリーマンションのホテルバージョンです。 キッチンからドラム式洗濯機まであるので、長期滞在にオススメ。 難波駅前で道頓堀も歩いていけるので、仕事でも遊びでも良い環境です。 朝食がサービスでありますが、ホテルのモーニングと違い隣接しているレストランでモーニングのサービスがあります。 少なめですが、ドリンクバーもあり美味しかったです。 バスタブが少しざらざらと汚れが残っていた感じで、洗ってから使用しました。 今はキレイで少しの汚れくらい目立ちませんが、築年数が経つとどうなるかなと・・・ 他は清潔でとても快適でした。 また利用したいです。

最高に気に行ったホテルです。理想とする高級マンションに住んでいるかのような設備でした。新しくて清潔感もあり、快適に過ごしました。私たちゲストを「住居者様」と呼ばれるのもとても心地よかったです。 コンシェルジュの方も、こちらの希望に合うように動いてくださってとてもよかったです。 ぜひリピートしたいホテルです。次回は二泊はしたいと思います。

リビングルームがゆったりとあり、長期滞在にはぴったりでした。ワンプレートの朝食も、宿の値段から考えれば充分です。 ただ、リビングルームに、ソファベッドでも入れれば、4人までは泊まれて、割安になるのに、、、と思ってしまうのは、狭い所に慣れている日本人だからでしょうか。

６月に１５日間お世話になりました。 その間に、今まで経験したことのないサービスに遭遇してしまい、設備や場所はいいのにとても勿体ないと感じました。 チェックイン時に、部屋の鍵を間違えた。 毎日の掃除の時の、アメニティやティッシュなどの補充忘れ。PCのLANケーブルを抜いていく。 勝手に目ざまし時計をONにしていく。 さらには、夜中の１２時半に、間違い電話をつなぐ。 など、ほかのホテルではありえないことが、数々ありました。 フロントでの手続きも慣れていない印象ですし、４－５人で固まって、井戸端会議をしながら、全員に「いってらっしゃいませ」は逆に気分が悪くなりました。 他にも事件はありましたが、今後はスタッフの教育をしっかりしていただいて、もう少し快適に過ごせるようにしていただければ、部屋の広さや […] 家電等には満足はしています。 １－２泊で利用された方の口コミは良いものが多いので、多分、長くなると悪いところが多く目についてしまうのかもしれません。 今後改装の予定があれば、４４平米もあるのですから日本人用には、バス・トイレ別の部屋を作っていただき、スタッフ教育を強化していただければ、また、宿泊を検討したいとは思っています。 もっと読む

5月27日より2泊、フレイザーレジデンス南海大阪に宿泊しました。部屋はストゥーディオタイプです。 設備、アメニティなど大変良かったです。特に電子レンジ、包丁、食器類があったので、近くの高島屋などで購入したフード類をお部屋で頂くのに重宝しました。 １Fのバルでサーブされる朝食ですが、日本人女性の私にはまぁまぁの量と質ですが、男性や外国人の方々が満足するかと考えると、疑問です。 ホテルのHPなどにも「コンチネンタル朝食付」とあることから、コンチネンタルに徹底すべきではないかと思いました。サラダ、フルーツ、卵料理がついていましたが、かなり少ない量（バナナは薄く切ったものが1枚）でそれだったらスタッフも少ないのだから、しっかりした量のパン類と飲み物だけでもよかったような。 3種類の朝食のうち […] 、「ヘルシー」とうたわれているものもありましたが、特にヘルシー感はありませんでした。（卵がヨーグルトに変っている、パンがコーンフレークに変っているなど。）雑穀パンにするとか、コーンフレークをミューズリーなどにするとかすれば、ヘルシーなのに･･･。メニューに「ヘルシー」と書かれないほうが納得できます。 それから、最後になりますが、大雨の週末、室内に傘たてがなく、ドア付近に立てかけた傘から水滴が落ち、水溜りが出来てしまいます。天候によっては傘たてを用意していただけると良いと思いました。 もっと読む

Excellent hotel, great room size with walk-in wardrobe, small lounge/kitchen area, washing machine (a little bit tricky, must read the instructions). Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Everything about this place was good - fantastic location, clean rooms, comfortable beds and enough space to walk around comfortably (sometimes not a given in Japan). Would definitely stay here or at any sister hotels again.

Very convenient location, spacious room in Japan standard, simple but delicious breakfast.

The location is just great! Take high speed train from airport to Namba and you can find Fraser is just opposite to the station. We stayed at two bedrooms for 5 nights. We three enjoyed the 828 square feet apartment a lot! My son treated this at our home in Osaka. We have two good size bathrooms. There is one big bathtub in one bathroom. It's the […] perfect choice for people travelling with young kids. You can enjoy the space and also the equipment especially the washer-dryer. We like this apartment very much but we also think it should improve its breakfast at least providing more choices. The other thing is you might hear traffic noise during the midnights. Fantastic facilities even a kitchenette and washer/dryer and cable television in room. Hotel has gym and offers a decent breakfast. Can't fault it would love to stay again!

This hotel is so close to the subway station, very convenient. Unlike other hotels in Japan, the room of this hotel is very spacious, comfortable and it provides everything I need. I will choose this again next time when I come back to Osaka! Highly recommend to everyone.

Love this hotel so much as the location is very good, closer to Namba airport railway station, it's reslly convenient. If walk to 道頓堀，it takes 8-10 mins only, then you can also walk to 心齋橋 which takes mins more only. Wonderful stay except they don't refill teabag/coffee and no washing liquid and tower is provided. Apart from that, everything is perfect!

I would say that the location of this hotel is second to none. Its very close to the train station that you come out of when you are traveling from the airport. Hence, you won't be lugging your baggage around for too long. Its also just next to the subway that you would be using to travel around Osaka. Convenient. Major shopping attractions such […] as Dotonbori, Den Den Town, Amerika-mura are all within walking distance. Takashimaya and Marui department stores are just next to the hotel too. If you are doing trips out of Osaka via Shinkansen, the subway can easily take you to JR Shin-Osaka. My favourite Densetsu no Sutadon (pork bowl) eating place is nearby too. Not to mention Ippuddo of course. Overall, this hotel is value-for-money considering the convenience you get with the location and the quality of the room. Breakfast menu is passable. Extremely concinient in trafficking to subway. Good service. Willbe back again!!

LOVED this hotel!! GREAT location, beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast downstairs was delicious. If you are traveling a while this is a GREAT place to stay a night or two because there is a washer / dryer in your room so you can get all your laundry caught up!!!! LIterally half a block from the JR station.

Fraser Residence was a really good hotel near Namba station. OCAT is very near and also shopping streets (kitchen street etc). Dotonbori is about 10 minutes walk away. There is also some restaurants and 7'eleven nearby. Hotel room was big for Japanese hotel and bed was comfy

I stayed in the service apartment for 4 nights in Feb 2012. I particularly like the air humifier and purifier machine provided in the room because air conditioning always makes hotel room dry. It is a very beautiful hotel with enough space for almost anything. The location is very good and the professionalism of the staff is excellent! No one will be disappointed for staying at this hotel.

Stayed recently three nights at the Fraser Residence Nankai in Osaka and can only recommend the place. This is the second time we stayed at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka. We love the fact that we can cook there! Since we brought our three children on our second trip there, we got 2 1 bedroom units instead of the 2-bedroom unit because it came out cheaper. We were three adults and three kids total. It took us 40 minutes by train from the airport and we walked less than 5 minutes to get to Fraser. I guess the only comment I have is that they don't replenish the supplies daily unlike in other hotels. But actually truth is we don;t need new bottles of shampoo everyday anyway but thought it should still be given since we payed for each day that we're there. But, I am so sure that if we asked for more, they would gladly give new supplies. Oh and the breakfast was yummy! It was simple. A salad, an egg (cooked differently everyday), yummy sausages and bread. Great way to start the day. Also, there is a McDonalds right in front of Fraser. And a Family Mart just down the road. The apartment comes furnished with all that a traveller needs and more. Love the comfort! It's near to the Namba train station and convenient from the ariport. Only small minus is that the rooms does not have a good view from the window, but it's really a small minus.

We stayed 8 days at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka and found it a great location for food, shopping and getting about. on public transport The hotel staff were easy to get on with, with excellent English and a friendly manner. All requests were responded to positively. A great experience at this hotel.

Going to the Nanba Statiion just by 3 mins walk. In comparison with common Japanese style hotel, the room is quite large. In addition, lots of appliance for mini open kitchen.

Location is great. Easy access to Shisaibashi. Love the amenities in the hotel, especially the washer, dryer and the fully functional kitchen. Staff is friendly and courteous. Can select produce and food at nearby market and cook them in hotel. The only downside is that it's kinda far from the Osaka or Umeda station so getting to Kyoto is a little bit […] difficult. This is the second Fraser I have stayed at, the other being in London. I rate this extremely highly. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and spoke English. The location was first rate, opposite the Namba Kansai Train Station, couple of minutes from the nearest Namba subway (which gives almost direct access to most relevant stations) and a 10 […] minute walk from the JR Namba. Shopping centres are close and it is no more then a 10 minute walk to the Dontombori - a must viisit particularly at night. Breakfast whilst not being a standout gets you by. A very good hotel. The room is clean and bright. It is not small and it got all what you need. Location is perfect. Highly recommended.

We have 1 night at Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka that very good , big room , have wifi ,big bed room & have kitchen+ living room ,nice breakfast and very convenience to walk to subway within 2-5 min.

If considering the value, this hotel is simply the best choice for Osaka visit on any kind of purpose. For convenient, Hilton and Nikko hotel take the lead and for luxury, Hanyu Internation Hotel is the choice. I might stay at this hotel again.

Fraser Hotel is a ideal place to stay in Osaka with free internet, close to train and subway stations and a pleasant walk to endless shopping and a variety of restaurants. Fraser Residence Osaka offered everything we could've asked for at an affordable price. Excellent location too.

This is not a hotel. It is a "serviced apartment". The rooms have recently been renovated and feature a kitchen, cutlery, crockery and a washer/dryer (combined). Perfect location at a very convenient but surprisingly quiet at night area, with Train and JR stations just next to it! Good hotel,i can say perfect all of things

The hotel is relatively small with peaceful and quiet surrounding. The room was very comfortable, beyond our expectation. A very good location with easy access to train stations, tourist spots and shopping areas. Glad we chose the right place to stay for our vacation.

Nice and clean hotel..convenient too. Will definitely stay there again if it offers good rates.
