Coming from Valldal, the Fjord 1 bus stop at the hotel upon request only. Same bus can take you back in town for NOK25 p.p. You can walk and there is no designated walking path. Hotel is located next to a waterfall on the edge of Geiranger Fjord with rooms looking over the Fjord and village. The room came with a private balcony as well

We had a fjord view room on 5th floor. This is the place to stay!!! Their supper buffet was the best meal that we had in Norway, lots of veggies. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with my choice. It was out of the crowds, had a waterfall beside the hotel, campground and property was all well kept. As others said, it is worth the difference […] to get a fjord view. We had a rental car, so no problem to get to. This hotel and their parking is off the main road, unlike the other hotels above the city with traffic passing constantly. It was quiet and relaxing. Of course, we were there on a night without tour buses, which was a plus. The trip from Andalsness to Geiranger over the Trollstigvegen was absolutely beautiful. I would rate it the BEST in Norway. We traveled to see the Atlantic road above Molde and were dissappointed after all the raves about it in my travel books. The road from Geiranger past Dalsnibba was also good. We drove to Loen for the next night where we took the side road to Kjenndal which was georgous. The next morning we drove to Lom via Hwy 5 and 55 going over the Sognefjellet road. This was also a BEST in Norway. Such diversity, glacial rivers, glaciers right beside the road, georgeous fjord around narrow roads, and the tallest mountain road in Europe. The BEST way to see Norway is by rental car. You can't get to some of the best places on a bus and the train system is not extensive. You also have the opportunity to stop whenever you please. もっと読む

L'emplacement de l'hotel vaut plus le détour que l'hotel en lui même. Très bien situé et superbe vue. Le restaurant (petit déjeuner) est au dernier étage et delà vous avez une magnifique vue.Le personnel est par contre peu serviable et pas très sympa : j'avais perdu le pied du GPS et le personnel n'a pas essayé du tout de m'aider pour le retrouver.Si […] c'est juste pour un enregistrement, pas de souci mais il ne faut pas demander plus.Vraiment dommage pour un hotel de cette catégorie. もっと読む

Dette er et koselig familiehotell. Servide fra jeg sjekket inn til jeg sjekket ut. Middag og frokost er det ikke noe å si på. Den anbefales. Hyggelig servicepersonale.Her kan jeg godt komme tilbake

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Geirangerfjord. Einzige Minuspunkte: Das Bad ist etwas klein. Kein Internetterminal. Dafür W-Lan zur kostenfreien Nutzung im ganzen Hotel. Unbedingt ein Zimmer mit Fjordblick buchen. An der Rezeption spricht man unter anderem Deutsch. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig.

Extrem schöne Lage direkt am Geirangerfjord. Super Buffet am Abend.

Et hotell jeg gjerne anbefaler til andre. Vi hadde rom med veranda og inngang fra bakkenivå, perfekt for oss som liker å kose oss ute på kvelden for se på trafikken på fjorden.

Gjennomsnittlig pene rom (skulle ønske de hadde kjøleskap), NYDELIG utsikt over fjorden, og veldig hyggelig betjeningen. Jeg var VELDIG fornøyd helt til det stod to menn utenfor vinduet i 3 etg. Det er kun kjetting som definerer terassen på dette planet, og disse kjettingene ble ikke respektert da jeg var der... ganske ubehagelig da jeg var på vei ut […] av dusjen og merket dette for første gang :) ...Mitt råd, spør om å få bo på en annen etasje! もっと読む

Vi hadde ett trivelig opphold ved deres hotell 30.06-01.07. Med ett hyggelig og vennlig personale. Maten var helt topp,rommet var rent og tivelig. Vi satt på balkongen,ut i de sene natte timer. Og bare koste oss.

Koselig hotell som ligger rett ved Geirangerfjorden, og har en fantastisk utsikt! Anbefales!

Hotellet ligger i spesielt fine omgivelser i Geiranger, like i nærheten av to campingplasser. Overnattet der et døgn og alt svarte til forventningene. Rent og fint, god mat, stille og rolig.

Godt hotel med fantastisk udsigt. Maden var knap så god, men okay. Værelserne fine og rene.

Rom i anekse ikke bra ,bråk fra luftingsanlegget glipper i dør,kunne godt vært en vannkoker med litt tilbehør, og gjerne noen glass.

Very nice hotel with good service and very friendly staff. Had a room with a small balcony with an excellent view of the fjord and mountains. Location is excellent, and be prepared for a 2 KM walk from Geiranger - but it is a great walk!
