以前オーランドに住んでいた知人の推薦で迷わずこのホテルを選びました。5泊しましたが毎日部屋から至近距離で動物が見えました。空港送迎のシャトルバスもスムーズでした。食事は高級、中級、経済的の3種類がありそれぞれ予算により楽しめます。ホテル入口横の土産屋でパンやハム等の食材も販売しており、部屋で簡単に済ますこともできます。パークからホテルへのシャトルバスは、先にキダニビレッジに停車することを知らず、初日は間違えて降車してしまいましたが、毎日ホテルに帰るのが楽しみでした。シャワーは贅沢なほど水流が強く清潔で快適です。

We were here for 10 nights...further than anticipated from the WDW parks, but not bad. Would be helpful to supply more hangers, and to know exact location earlier than 7 days before arrival. The house was the perfect size for our family of six. Unfortunately, most of the consumables you would expect to see were not sufficient. For our 11 night stay, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper, two dishwasher tablets, two garbage bags. There was no dish soap, dish cloths or kleenex provided. We purchased toilet paper, dish soap and dish cloths which were only partially used by the time we left. This was the best place I stayed ever! My wife and son stayed in a Silver home in a lovely private community. The house and landscaping were well kept. There was a pool in the back of the house enclosed in a large attached fence like net to keep the insects out. It was all fabulous. The house was very clean and spacious. "Not Very Nice."
When we arrived at 1:00 am, we pulled up to a gated community, before we left for the trip my wife asked what happens after hours and they said someone will be on call, they most certainly are and will call back no more than 2 hrs from when you originally called only to tell you that you are in the wrong area(and we were not) When I finally spoke to […] someone on business hours I complained about not having the gate code and they said that they sent and updated itinerary which I was unaware we needed to wait by the computer, we arrived home today only to find our welcome package in the mail. The rugs were all stretched, the toilet leaked and when asked for a late check out it was not a problem for $50 extra dollars on top of the already $50 dollars they take from you as a processing fee, so be aware that you will be charged on top of what you already pay expedia. The staff seem nice they are quick to blame you for things and the phrase they use frequently is it is wear and tear of the house. I was pleasantly surprised! The room was just as the pictures showed it. Very clean. The guards at the gate were extremely helpful and always gave us a wave and a smile either when we were leaving or returning. Close enough to the parks (1/2 hour from door to gate) to go every day, but far enough away not to feel compelled to go. The pool was very pleasant. "Aching back! Matresses from a thrift store"
We rented a 4 bedroom home near kissimmee, Florida for a weekend at Disney from Starmark vacation homes. The house itself was fine but the mattresses were of used-thrift store quality. Unbelievable. Super thin, and so so unformfortable. I have stayed in pleanty of cost cutter cheap hotels in my younger years and yet never experienced this low a quality […] of bed. I wish I was being dramatic, but it was really that bad. We contacted Starmark's office and politely explained our problem and they sent out a person who told us that the quality of the homes, beds, furniture was up to the homes owner and they simply left without offering any resolution. Basically a big who cares! I strongly recommend against this company. We have stayed at many rental homes and town homes for vacation with Other vacation home rental companies and never had this problem. This is my first review I have ever given, I am only taking the time because I feel so ripped off. Our vacation was from Feb. 14 to Feb. 21, 2012. A three bedroom condo. We were very pleased with the condo. Clean, with everything in the kitchen that we needed. Reasonably priced. Within the listing found in the special check in instructions section that all guests must contact our office prior to arrival to register, receive check in instructions and pay for any additional fees that may apply directly to the property. We do not charge for maintenance services. The guest must be describing our cleaning fee which applies to all reservations that are less than 6 nights and varies based on the size of property. All properties are self catering and do not have housekeeping services available unless arranged prior to arrival at a cost. There is a washer and dryer in all of the homes in which the guest has use of to wash linens, towels and personal effects.
"Unpleasant stay, ruined our vacation."
As we arrived to the house, everyone decided to jump in the pool, only to find out the pool was very, very, dirty and slimy !! (problem #1). The next day the A.C BROKE, and we spent an 16 hours in a house that was 95degrees, still not even being able to jump in the disgusting pool to cool off! "On-Call" Costumer service did not have a technician to […] available and said there was no other home we could be transferred to. So, the NEXT day, comes the Air conditioner guy to repair the unit and 2 hours later the pool guy clean the very dirty pool, BUT he left halfway through the process and emptied the spa without letting us know ( i have children that could've easily fallen into that hole), he just left and never returned. To resume... The bathrooms had no hot water until DAY #3, Filthy pool, the pool heater was also broken, Hot tub was drained out, Broken A.C in 97 degree weather, TERRIBLE costumer service. We were not able to enjoy our stay, it was just so exhausting that it was one issue after the other, and no one to help. The guest did report the pool and A.C. issues but very late into the evening which made it very difficult to rectify each issue immediately. The following morning the A.C. technician and the pool technician both arrived to fix the reported issues. The pool tech did drain the spa and leave the premises to purchase a new pool filter but was only gone for less than an hour. Once he returned the spa was filled and the pool was accessible. The guest did not report a hot water issue to the management so if the guest did encounter and issue we do apologize. Guest was compensated accordingly due to unforeseen issues experienced.

I made a reservation for a weekend. I arrived to the "hotel" with my entire family and I found out that the office was closed. The reception was over the phone and very unpolite: -- "My manager told me that you need to pay hundred and fourty four dollars of extra fees in order to give you the address of the house and the code for the keys" --. I rated the cleanliness a 4 only because the master comforter needed to be laundered or replaced. If there is a spot that I can't identify, I'm creeped out. Other than that, the place was great. "Decent stay but had small issues w/ little resolve"
I rented this 4 bedrm/3 bath house for a week while on a trip to Orlando for a convention. The website listing is a bit off since the location of the house was actually in subdivision in Kissimmee and not Celebration FL as implied by the hotels.com listing. This is a minor problem but I had selected this location based on the close proximity to the […] convention we were attending. Upon arrival to the home, everything was nice but I didn't feel that this particular property should be listed as a Platinum property (didn't look anything like any pictures posted here). There were minor problem with the home such as no instuctions for internet connection or pool or jacuzzi operation and the home seemed to need some updating and small repairs. All the information availble in the home was for a company named USA Homes and not Starmark and it seemed as if this home was rented but not maintained fully by Starmark. Getting answers to simple questions seemed almost impossible since this is not a fully maintained/owned property by Starmark and they themselved would have to contact the property manager to find the answers to our questions. There was a leak under the kitchen sink in which someone placed a tupperware bowl under to catch the water. The water was disgusting and stunk because it drained from the garbage dispossal and needed to be emptied everytime dishes were washed. The house was fully furnished but mostly cheap and semi functional furniture with plenty of wear. The home also backed up to a water treatment facility that was surrounded by power lines and a 20ft fence, great for privacy but cell phone service was hard to come by. By the 4th night the internet connection went down and after several phone calls and 2 more nights I was told that there was nothing that could be done in the time left in my stay and this was a big problem for me considering I was visiting FL for a work convention and needed this connection especially with zero cell service. CHECKED IN THE HOME AND IT WAS FILTHY BATHROOMS WERE GROSS CLEANING DIDNT SHOW TILL NEXT DAY AND FOR 3-4 DAYS WE COULDNT EVEN USE POOL CUZ NOONE CAME TO CLEAN IT ...I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.....WELL LIVE AND LEARN BUT BEWARE I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY AS A VACATION HOME IF UR LOOKIN FOR CLEANLINESS AND COMFORTExpedia ゲストの適正な口コミ
スターマーク バケーション ホームズ (Starmark Vacation Homes)からの返信 All of our homes are quality inspected prior to the guest arrival. The guest called to express that they did not like the location and wanted to be moved unfortunately at that time we did not have another property available. The guest called back to report various housekeeping issues on arrival and it was the guest recommendation to have housekeeping department come out the following day since it was already late into the evening. Unfortunately the guest did not report any issues with the pool which was serviced the day prior to their arrival. Guest was compensated for any inconveniences that they may have encountered during their stay.
"Starmark Vacation Homes"
A group of us rented a 6 bedroom gold house, which was beautiful and roomy, however some of the sheets and towels smelled like they had not been washed in weeks. I had to buy detergent and wash all the sheets and towels in the house. Also, when you book, they do not make it clear the exact distance of the house, and we were about 18 miles from disney. […] It was a beautiful neighborhood, but be ready to drive a while to find any CVS or food location. It cost us 95 dollars one way to get a cab to universal studios. Also, do not forget to bring ALL items with you, including shower gel, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc. Despite these complaints, the house was roomy and we were not bothered by anyone.
