清潔ですごしやすかったです。ただ一つ希望を言うのであれば、お部屋にお茶などは置いてくださっていました。コーヒーもしくは紅茶も置いていただけると嬉しいです。

大阪北梅田エリアに近い好立地なホテル。ちょっと歩けば飲食街も近く宿泊だけの利用にはとても満足でした。 何と言っても値段がリーズナブルの割にまだ新しいので清潔なのも気に入った。

梅田で夜になって、 急に決めたホテルです。 梅田の一番北側にあり、 少し歩きましたが、 こんなにきれいで静かな ホテルがあるのかと びっくり。 新しいのが全ていいわけじゃないの だろうけど、 快適でした。

寒い夜じゅう　エアコンが効きすぎて、暑く、また非常乾燥した。エアコンの風が低めの天井のほぼ真上から顔に向かっているかんじで、温度を下げたり風をよわめたりすると、寒くなる。温度を少しあげて加湿器もつけたが、加湿器の音は気になるし、それでも顔や口がかわいて目がさめるし、室温と湿度の調整がうまくいかなかった。 　これがゆいいつ気になった点であとはスタッフ対応もたいへん気持ちよく、設備やロケーション、価格等、たいへんよかった。

新しく、とてもキレイでした。 ただ、気温が高い日だった為か、翌朝、虫さされが何カ所かあり、ちょっと気になりました。 その他の面は、とても良く、駐車場の手配もスムースにしていただき、とても過ごしやすかったです。

での宿泊でした。大き目のスーツケースを広げると身動きができないぐらいの広さでした。しかし、 値段を考えるとしょうがないと納得はできます。それ以外はとても満足しています。大阪駅からは1メーターでいけます。ただ、「ハートンホテル　西梅田」もあるようで間違ってそちらに案内されたこともあったのでご注意を。

新しいホテルなので、設備や清潔度は文句無しです。 期間限定かもしれませんが、通常価格の半額で宿泊できたので、ますます満足でした。梅田にも程近く、利便性も良いです。レストランもオシャレな創りなのですが、食券を買う方式が今一つで残念です。

なんの 予備知識もなく行きましたが 行ってみて 新しくてきれいでおどろきました。 ただ朝食がサービスだといいですね。 大阪出張の際はまた 伺います。

知人の披露宴の為に会場に近い場所を探していたところ良さそうだったのでここにしました。 駅からもさほど離れていないし、まだ2011.3にできたばっかりだったみたいで、外観も部屋もとても綺麗でした。 また大阪行ったときは利用したいと思います。

ホテルの朝食が７時からとは知らず、朝食付きのプランを申し込んでしまいました。 直接ホテルでは朝食キャンセルができず、hotels.comさんに連絡しましたが、朝食無しのプランは空きが無いとのことでキャンセルできませんでした。結局朝食券は無駄になりました。もう少し早い時間からの朝食の対応もしくは申し込み時に時間の明記が欲しかったです。何か他のサービスで対応してくださることもなく、おもてなしという面では少し残念なホテルでした。 ホテル自体は新しく快適でした。

時々、週末にゆっくり仕事をしたい時などに利用しています。 ホテルは清潔で、従業員の応対もとても良いです。 一回には、テラスのあるレストランもあり、天気の良いときは部屋から出て、外の空気を感じながら、PCをタイピングしています。 都心にありながら、やや離れた場所で喧騒もなく、なのに利便性は確保されているリーズナブルで私にはありがたいホテルです。

新しくて清潔なホテルです。広くはないけれど、デスクまわりはうまくレイアウトが作ってあって、使い勝手はよかったです。 エアコンの吹き出し口がベッドに直撃なので、冬は寝ている間に粘膜をやられそうな気がします（今回は夏だったので、まあその心配はあまり無かったですが）。 満足できなかったのは２点。 １）チェックイン時のフロント。ろくにモニターのデータを確認していません。朝食付きなのに、言われるまで全く気付かず。指摘されると、今度はシングルユーズなのに、２枚も出てきて、いったいどうしちゃったのかと思いました。 ２）上記ほどのマイナスではないですが、朝食がセットになっているのがあまり評価できません。私は洋食を選びましたが、トーストもスープも冷めているし、好きでもないスクランブルエッグが付いていて、楽しく […] ない朝食でした。ホットティーがアールグレーというのも、朝食向きではないと思います（アイスなら有りですが）。 もっと読む

東京から女二人連れで利用しましたが、このホテルにはレディースフロアがあり、セキュリティーも、部屋のカードキーをかざさないとエレベーターが動かないという完璧さでした。バスルームはユニットバスですが、バスタブが大きかったので気に入りました。女性が好むような入浴剤など、アメニティもコンパクトに備わっていて、使いやすかったです。ホテルが建ってからまだ間もないので、すべてがピカピカといったカンジです。お勧めします。

the place of the holtel the map of hotells.com shown on this web is wrong. the right place is 20 minutes away by taxi. it costed me extra. it's not the hotel's fault, but hotels.com's, I think.

さすがオープンして数日めなので，とても清潔で快適に過ごせました。最上階の部屋でしたが，眺めもよく，ダブルのベッドでゆったりできました。エレベータが２機しかにこと，フロントで紙袋をお願いしてもホテル専用のモノがないこと，朝食バイキングが楽しめないことをのぞけばコストパフォーマンスも高くよいと思います。

Okey place to stay, but there were few taxi drivers that could drive us to the correct hotel. It was 15min walk to the station, but okey. We were given a non-smoking room, but it smelled like smoke in every part of the room. My friends room was better though. Good price though.

My girlfriend and I easily walked to and from the Floating Garden, the Sega Arcade, and Osaka station from our hotel. It certainly is a great location. Close to Hankyu station/mall and surrounded by delicious eateries (tip: explore the alleys). We got the breakfast with our room and it is certainly worth the extra $10-15. They did have some strange […] stuff(to most people, not to me!) for breakfast- like fish, pickled vegetables/roots, and seaweed salad, but they also had your traditional "Western" breakfast menu items like eggs, pastries, sausage and bacon. It is buffet style, but better quality than most sit-down American restaurants. As for the hotel, it is fairly new so it was very clean and did have modern styling. The room was a typical 3 star Japan room- small, but comfortable for two. Small rack/closet to hang 4 coats, luggage stand, and used the shelves near the desk to store clothes and shoes. The bathroom, bathtub, and bidet were also very clean. I marked a 4 for the quality of hotel service, because the guy at the front desk wasn't very friendly, just straight to business like "here's your key, go away" impression- nothing more, nothing less. 10 mins walk from Umeda Station. The room is clean and large compared with the other hotels in Japan. Great that I can get the bargain room rate during the promotional period!

Hotel - The hotel is off the main Osaka train station a little (at Umeda side), but a short walk from the train station won't hurt, given the amount of interesting shops (both shopping shops and food establishments) that practically litters the street which leads from the train station to the hotel. A short 5 min walk from the hotel brings you into […] the heart of the Osaka area and to many shops within the underground cities of Hankyu Sangai and Whity. Just too many shops to list them all down. The room is decently sized, but the view is superb. The full view of the neon-lit lights, along with the beautifully decorated-massive ferris wheel on top of Hep Five gives a really vibrant night city view. Lively, exciting, vibrant. Amenities provided in the bathroom is the same as all other Japanese hotels: high quality, practical and adequate. And yes of course, the bum-washing, seat-warming, air-cleansing toilet bowl =) The staff speaks reasonably good english and provides good service. And yes, they do help you to keep your luggage, even if you should either reach the hotel early before you could check in OR, leave the hotel later after you already checked out. Free internet is available only at the lobby area, so do camp out at the lobby for your free dose of wifi nightly. Food - as mentioned earlier, walk around within radius of a 5 min walk would bring you to quite a number of food establishments that are pretty great to eat: ramen, don, takoyaki, jap-western food, yakitori (skewers) etc. There's even 3 nos. (24 hour) convenience shops: Lawsons, 7-11 and family mart all located within 5 mins' walk from the hotel. You will be surprised with the amount of items these shops stock up, yes - even for food items, sushi, dons, pastries, cakes, bread, etc.. (they taste superbly nice). 10 minutes by walk from subway station

The Hearton room was spotless and comfortable. The location is quite good--easy walking distance to the subway and train station with plenty of shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood. The only shortfall was the buffet breakfast--which was edible, but not really good if you prefer Western food, and had little variety over our 3-day stay.

Location is very convinience to train station, shopping, restaurants & a catholic church beside the hotel

Nice new hotel in the great location but the rooms were little bit too tiny.

We only used the hotel as somewhere to put our head for the night, but the hotel was well kept and in a very convenient position for shopping, transport and airport busses. The room was compact but imaculate and very comfortable.

perfect hotel...

Its close to subway and restaurant .. Good for shopping !!!!

Although there were no early Check in available, we were able to spend a few hours exploring the area around the hotel. There are plenty of Shopping and cafe/ restaurant in the area which is extremely convenient. The closest MTR station is the Nakatsu station on the red line, which is just round the corner of the hotel and Umeda station is just 5mins […] walk away. Hotel interior is very new and the room is very comfortable. The room was more roomy then we thought. clean and comfortable. There are many restaurants nearby. However, some of the staff are poor in English and the pillow is a bit high and hard.

This Hotel is clean & comfortable. But, room is too small. Staff is polite & not difficult to communicate with English.

we were there for 10 nights. Hotel room was clean and comfortable for 2 adults + 1 kid. Apparently, they gave semi double bed for the 2nd bed (studio twin room). Loundry was available on basement. Close to 7/11 n family mart. You can easily walk to umeda subway station or osaka thru gourment museum n hankyu to avoid rainy or cold weather. Taxi to […] n from the limousine drop off point was 660 yen, but be prepared to show the exact hotel location on the map, because many drivers were not sure where it was. Good food are everywhere. Gourment museum, hankyu dept store, hanshin dept store, daimaru, hep, diamore, etc. If you hunt for cheap bento, go there around 7+pm. They offer 50% off on bento. this is within walking distance from the tokyo station shopping centre, Loft, hanshin etc. a very good location if you just want to shop. food stores are everywhere too!

good location for taking Midosuzi line which connects main areas in Osaka and very tidy. no reason not to stay here unless you want to experience other places.

The hotel staff were able to accomodate our early arrival. When we arrived back at the hotel our luggage had been placed in one of the rooms. The staff were very pleasant to deal with. An English menu […] for foreign guests would be an asset. However having someone in our party that reads some Japanese was helpful. This menu machine would have been out of reach of anyone in a wheelchair. There were 2 panels of controls in the elevators at different heights. Convenient for shopping and tourist attractions. Easy access to trains. Laundry facilities are available for guests to use as well as laundry services. Pictures of the hotel matched the actual facility. Only 3 minutes walk to the subway, and 8 minutes walk to the Hankyu rail. Hotel is clean and new. Serves good breakfast.

Great location amd service

The room was considered cheap and big by Japanese hotel standards. However, the cups were not clean and had thick stains on them which I had to scrap off. The under cover of the toilet seat showed signs of insufficient cleaning (pee stains).
