Pros close to beach and main street, clean fair sized rooms Cons right beside a club that does not stop its pounding base until 5am. make sure you get the room as far away from the bar and have a few night caps and you may get some sleep. Beds are hard as stone. Next time I will stay somewhere away from the clubs!!!

If you like a noisy neighborhood , untidy room and stains linens, this is the place for you, only thing good is the cost of stay!!!

I thought the location was great and the condition of the room and property was very nice. I will stay again when I visit Playa Del Carmen. Crashed here for one night so we could see Playa del Carmen before heading to our all-inclusive. We read the reviews about the noise, but brought earplugs and slept through much of the racket. Fan and a/c helped keep it down too. Bed was a little hard and springy, but the place in general was adorable, a lovely (although chilly) pool and it was fun […] to watch the turtles and fish in the cenote. The night desk clerk, Lisette, was fantastically sweet and helpful and the location was great. No food but there's a great little seafood place down the street and it's around the corner from all the shops and restaurants on Calle 10. Plus it's a block from the beach and next to a fun bar called Dirty Martini. And the cost was less than a quarter of what we would have paid at our all-inclusive. It was a wery cheap hotel, nice and clean. Right in the middle of everything, we had the beach, all stores and restaurants just outside the door wich was very good! The staff was friendly- The not so good things were that the hotel was located so it had all the big clus next to it so we couldnt sleep very well, not even with ear plugs. En precio calidad esta muy bien, la ubicacion esta perfecta , pero de 21 a 5 de la mañana es como estar dentro de una disco por el ruido de los bares vecinos.

bra billigt hotell som ligger väldigt centralt. svårt att hitta parkering och ta med öronproppar för det är ett jävla liv från nattklubbarna i närheten sängen skakar fram till fem på morgonen.

Hotellet ligger godt, i nærheden af strand og by. Vi havde kun en overnatning og havde svært ved at sove på grund af nærliggende barer. Vi gik forbi en anden dag og kun 20 meter væk ligger 4 barer som prøvede at spille højest, så tror det er normalt. Men ellers dejligt hotel med indbydene pool.

hôtel formidable,propre et confortable. Le personnel est compétent et sympathique. Ils fournissent les bouchons car trois discotheques rivalisent de décibels jusqu'à six heures du matin.

Hôtel très propre. Personnel très aimable. Chambres spacieuses. Très bien situé. Mais situé tout près des boites de nuit, donc très très bruyant de 10h à 5h du matin. Personnellement j'ai dormi avec des boules quies et j'ai très bien dormi. Mais les personnes ne supportant pas les boules quies et/ou ayant le sommeil léger et/ou recherchant la tranquilité […] ne doivent pas aller dans cet hôtel. Hôtel se trouve près de la 5 eme avenue et à deux pas la plage playa,excellente situation,la chambre est propre,prix très raisonnable mais le souci c'est la nuit à parti de 23 heures jusqu’au matin,pas de moyen de s'endormir car hôtel se trouve près d'une boite de nuit et le son de la musique qui fait vibrer les vitres de la chambre.

El hotel por su situación esta bien.La única e importante pega es que se encuentra justamente al lado de la zona digamos de marcha, donde hay dos bares que no cierran la cristalera y tienes música desde las 22 hasta las 5 de la mañana, la solución que os proponemos es utilizar tapones para los oidos, los facilitan en la misma recepción. A pesar de ello […] para aquellos que piensen en estar por la noche de marcha y por el día disfrutando del sol y el descanso, totalmente recomendado porque a partir de las 5 de la manana no hay musica. El resto del dia es muy tranquilo. Está muy próximo a la playa. Nosotros tras haber pasado la primera noche nos queriamos ir, pero como no te devuelven el dinero hicimos curso de adaptación con los tapones (se reduce mucho el ruido) y al fin y al cabo terminamos por adaptarnos. Buena relación precio calidad.No apto para quienes desean un lugar tranquilo. Al lado funciona una disco y hay que dormir con tapones en los oídos ( ofrecidos por el hotel )
