場所と価格は良かったのですが、私が泊まった部屋はとても狭く窓からは手が届きそうな距離にある隣のビルの壁と配管が見えるだけで、暗く部屋からは天気の状態も分からなかった。 ドアチェーンもなく２重ロックでもなかった。女性の一人旅だったので防犯上の不安があった。

清潔性と利便性の面で、このホテルは素晴らしい。上野駅からわずか数分のところにあり、目的地へ向かうのに、地元の電車や地下鉄、新幹線に簡単に乗ることができる。また、京成上野駅が近くにあり、成田空港にアクセスしやすい。部屋は少し小さめだけど、すぐに慣れることができる。清潔性は完璧だった。

初めて上野ターミナルホテルに泊まり、その小さな場所が気に入りました。部屋は狭いですが、実際思った以上に快適でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。ホテル併設のカフェは非常に素晴らしく、確実にプラスとなっています。この街に来た際はぜひまた泊まりたいと思います!!!年配の父との旅行だったので観光はできず、最終地に向かうフライト前の回復として泊まったので、英語放送のケーブルテレビが見れたらよかったと思います。

ホテルの場所は簡単なのだが、管理が不十分だった。最初の夜、ウォシュレットが壊れていて、次の日に部屋を変えてもらいました。（でも、5階に移ったあと、部屋は常に臭かったです）そして４日目の夜、トイレを流した後、水が流れ続け、一晩中うるさかったです。ホテルに修理してもらうように言えばよかったのですが、真夜中もかなり過ぎていましたし、非常に疲れていたので、翌日に持ち越しました。その後にスタッフが修理してくれたのですが、はっきり言って、口頭で謝罪されるだけでは十分ではありませんでした。総合的に、ホテルのスタッフはとてもよく手伝ってくれました。ある一人は、インターネットで一番近くのATMがどこにあるかを調べてくれましたし、他の人は私の荷物を、入り口から通りに運ぶのを手伝ってくれました。また私が上野を訪れ […] る機会があっても、管理が不十分なので、このホテルには二度と泊まらないでしょう。また、ホテルがけちくさいなと思ったのは、魔法瓶のお湯（加熱できる電気ポットではない）しか用意しておらず、翌日の朝におかわりをもらっても、その日はそれで過ごさなければなりませんでした。だから、ホテルに戻る前に自分の飲み物を買っておくべきです。また、私の泊まった部屋の小さな冷蔵庫は、あまり冷えてくれませんでした。上で述べたように、私は部屋の中でWiFiが使える事に満足しました。なぜなら、いくつかの日本のビジネスホテルでは、共有スペースにだけにWiFiがあるからです。パスワードは毎日変わるので、スタッフに聞くのを忘れないようにしましょう。 もっと読む

It seems to be a trend with Japanese hotels though. They only provide one pillow and it's not usually a terrifically comfortable pillow. I stayed alone in Ueno for about 5 days and wasn't looking for anything fancy. This hotel is a little difficult to find, but is very close to Ueno Station (3-5 minute walk from the station). The staff were always friendly, although they spoke limited English. I asked for a non-smoking room and received one, but there was a bit the scent of smoke in the hallways. You couldn't really smell it inside of the room. The room was very small, but clean. A hair dryer, yukata, slippers, and toiletries were supplied. Wi-fi is also supplied for free, but every morning after 11:00am, you will need to ask for the new password which changes daily. You can also rent a laptop for 1000 yen everyday. Good location - minutes to Ueno station Good service - English is bad but attitude is good and willing to help. Room - small and basic and old. Bad sewage smell and have to turn exhaust fan on all day. But for the price, still acceptable. Good if u just looking for a place to sleep and leave the luggage. Don't expect anything else.

I like that the room is very clean and the room size is acceptable. I have stayed at more expensive but smaller room in my previous Japan trip before, so I won't complain about the room size here. And of course the location, perfect for travelling around and taking the Keisei Line to and from the airport. I will stay in this hotel again.
