周辺ホテルに比べ安く泊まれましたが、快適でした。日本語を話せるスタッフもおり、大変親切にしてもらいました。一点だけ、窓のカギが壊れていて閉まらず不用意な気もしましたが、位置的に侵入される危険はなかったので、問題はありませんでした。

ゴルフが目的の旅行だったので、寝るだけで良いと思ってました。値段からすれば充分満足ですね。シャワーからお湯がでず、蛇口のみで対応した。窓開けたら全面オーシャンビューではなく、まあ見えるかなという感じ。

高級リゾートとまでは行きませんが、落ち着いたアットホームリゾートでした。ホテルの食事や飲み物が手頃なことに驚き。無料朝食は、時期的なこともあるのか、フルーツがばさついていたり、お部屋にあったフルーツも青臭く食べることが出来ませんでしたが、スタッフの暖かさが何よりも良かったです。

"スパ目的で選ぶとガッカリするかも"
スパ施術用の部屋はたくさんあるが、セラピストが居ないためか、なかなか思うように予約が取れない。またレセプションで対応してくれる方の能力にもばらつきがあり英語が通じなかったり（あまりに訛が酷くて何を言っているかわかりにくかった）空きがあるのに一杯だと面倒に答えたり、気持ちのよいサービスが全てで受けられるとは言いがたい。セラピストもお喋りをして手抜きされたのでその場で注意しレセプションにも伝えたが、全体へのフィードバックが行われておらず、これからも改善される余地が少ないかもしれない。フロントで対応してくれるホテルマンもとてもよくしてくれる人とそうではない人との差が激しく、こちらもこれから改良されることを望みます。 ヴィラのお庭にあるチェアーには日除けが無く、屋外で使用できる蚊取り線香みたいなもの […] も無いのでプライベートプール付きでも、あまり自室で寛ぐことは難しいです。 もっと読むExpedia ゲストの適正な口コミ

All our staff are extremely committed to learning and attend English classes with our full-time, in-house expatriate English teacher to improve their language skills to ensure no miscommunication. At same time, I would like to advise that currently our starters in our main restaurant are about $8.50 for a starter, $20 for a main and $6.00 for dessert. We also have our Asian Fusion Set Menu in Fusion Lounge Hoi An which is only $11. All the local tours are available at our guest relations desk, as well as on the displays of our spa program in the restaurant, the spa and reception. We met to discuss your feedback during your stay and once again our sincere apologies that we did not meet your expectations during this visit, but look forward to welcoming you back again for a new experience.

What a beautiful hotel! The staff were delightful. Spa was superb - I had 7 fantastic treatments in my 2 day stay. The room was fantastic and having my own pool was fabulous. Such a lovely location. the total experience is exceptional - we stayed for 5 nights mid April 2012.. only wish we had stayed longer - didnt want to leave. The room is amazing (we had a pool villa) the pool is so warm any time of the day. I spent the first few days of my 2 week holiday AMAZED at how perfect this resort was! I was initially on my own and then joined by family who booked out separate pool villas. It felt like a small unit with a lounge area, wardrobe, coffee maker, ipod dock, even your own robe, flip-flops and beach bag. And importantly, the king size bed was wonderfully comfortable. We booked this hotel expecting to relax and enjoy the facilities offered after a hectic 3 week tour of Vietnam. We were not disappointed. The staff were clearly the most friendly and helpful we encountered in Vietnam. The pool villa was fantastic and provided a quiet area to relax and keep cool in the hot/humid conditions. "Relaxing stay. Absolutely no complaints"
Hotel was everything you could hope for. Ok, within the hotel, prices are more western than local as expected. But the service was second to none. Distance to hoi an may be a good twenty min drive and locally not much to do (monkey mountain is close) but in fairness all the best hotels are out of town. However free shuttle is at convenient times ( book […] in advance ) and taxi's are relatively cheap (10 euros one way). Some reviewers have complained about spa availability. I can assure you that they will make sure each resident will have at least two treatments available each day. What they cannot do however is facilitate everyone at the same time ( peak being around 5-7pm) or at a moments notice. Be practical, plan a little and you won't have a problem. If I am honest the treatments aren't the worlds greatest; what it is really is just abit of indulgence nicely done. Breakfast?? The best we had in Vietnam without a shadow of a doubt. We also had dinner one evening and that was v good also (choose the local dishes much cheaper). Rooms are a treat, each is like a private condo with your own pool. Other good bits: free use of iPads in bar area (nice touch). Great coffee and wine. Lovely beach area and infinity pool. Kids room (we travelled with a 16 month boy) and games room with pool table and consoles ( closes too early if I have one gripe). This hotel won't be for all, you won't experience the real Vietnam here but you will experience a haven away from it all after a day in hoi an.
