This hotal was new and very clean. The bed was comforable but not the too soft pillows. Pleased with the service.

great motel for a reasonable rate. I cannot complain about anything.

We picked this location as a good half way stop between Virginia Beach and home and because of the good ratings in here. The location is a little off the main track, but not too far from the next exit north which had several good restaurants. We love Mexican and found a great one for supper. Clean comfortable and modern. Great breakfast choices included. Near a lovely shopping area. We were traveling from Florida to MA. Great stopping point

We were completely satisfied with our recent stay. The Hotel is easily accessible off of Rt 81. Rooms were clean,staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was early and excellent. We will be back!

Warm cookies as we arrived. Ten minutes from Sno Mountain. Great breakfast in the morning too.

The hotel is convenient, even in bad weather, it's right off the highway which is always cleared quickly of snow. The staff are helpful and friendly. The breakfast is quick and more than adequate, great waffles. The beds are the absolute best though, loved them.

This hotel was close to everything I needed in my recent stay in the Scranton area. The only thing is the entrance to the hotel is a little iffy. Once you've been there it probably won't impose a problem but the first time it is somewhat hard to find the entrance.

The air conditioner seemed to come on and off during the night which made the room warm. The cleaning person did not clean the sink the second day we stayed.

This hotel was chosen as a convenient overnight stop on our journey from Boston to Niagara Falls. It turned out to be the best value of our vacation. Microtel is very clean and staff is extremely friendly...however my room was advertised on hotels.com with a refrigerator and microwave and it had neither. I was here to photograph a wedding and was very disappointed to have to find my way around town in order to get a cup of tea.

What a wonderful hotel. When I got off my exit from 81N, the hotel was right at the bottom of the off-ramp. Great location. Parking was plentiful. Courteous staff, answered every question promptly, clean room & bathroom, quick simple breakfast. Would not hesitate to stay here again! Oh, and by far the best hotel beds I've slept in in a long, long time! :)

We really enjoyed our stay at the Microtel Inn. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, and it was nice to see they were up to date with today's technology . i would definitely recommend staying at Microtel Inn. We loved it!

We had 10 women needing a hotel for one night because we couldn't get home to Long Island because of the hurricane. Not only did they provide us with 3 rooms they couldn't have more accommodating. They were extremely courteous, helpful and seemed to go out of their way for us. They let us use their meeting room when they found out we wanted to have […] a game night after overhearing us. When someone requested a crib for the one little one we had with us, it was up in the room within 5 minutes. Directions and recommending dining were at our service immediately. The rooms were large and the bedding very comfortable. The best part about this hotel was that is was extremely clean and the price was right. Since we had never heard of this chain before we weren't sure what to expect and it more than exceeded our expectations. We all couldn't believe on such short notice we found a good place to stay. Nice hotel well located.

We stayed with 4 persons in a two Queen bed room. With two teenage kids and all of us loved it. enough space for everyone. It is new, the rooms were clean, modern and good equipped. And the continental breakfast was one of the best we've had during our 3 weeks trip. I have chosen this Inn because of good recommendations and good price. The room was lovely, clean and close to the highway.

Extremely clean. Front desk personnel were extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable with regard to providing directions and information about the area sights. Would definately return.

This hotel was new & clean! We had no problems, the staff was helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was great! Make your own waffles... what more could you want?! =)

We had been travelling the area for six days and the Microtel was the nicest, cleanest hotel we stayed in. The only minor complaint was it was noisy even with the air conditioning on if you had a room facing the exit on the hiway, a very busy exit I might add. The upside to this was it was very easy to locate and get around to all other things within […] the city. We stayed two times while travelling from the South to NE and back again. We found this to be a very positive experience with easy access, clean comfortable rooms, and curteous service.

Hard to get into the parking lot, poor signage. Breakfast was as expected and the staff friendly. We go to this area four times a year we will be back!
