全体的に綺麗で、スタッフも気配りができていて良いホテルでした。朝食はぜひお試しください。ホテル内の日本食レストランも2012年1月にオープンするようです。デリー滞在の際にはまた訪れてみたいと思います。

親と共に二泊しました。ロビー、部屋は豪華で掃除は行き届いています。しかし、残念なことが、２度も立て続けにありました。 一回目は、ドライヤーが壊れていて、電源をつけて暫くするとふいに止まり、また１～２分するとつくという状態だったのでクロークに電話し、交換してくれるように頼みました。 すぐにスタッフが部屋まで来たのですが、電源がつくものの、しばらくして止まるドライヤーを見て、 「少し経つと動くが問題あるか？本当に交換するのか？」と聞かれました。 そんなドライヤー使えるか（怒）！と思い、「交換したい」と伝えました。 するとその後、別の部屋の清掃係のスタッフが来て、新しいドライヤーを持ってきましたが、前のスタッフから一切事情など引き継ぎなどされていないようで、また壊れたドライヤーを見て、「動いているが本当に交換するのか？」と聞く始末・・・。 驚き呆れながらながらも「壊れてるから交換して！」と言うと、新しいドライヤーを置いていきました。 しかし、ホントに呆れたことにその清掃係のスタッフは何度もドアから顔を覗かしては「Good […] night」と繰り返します。どうみてもチップを要求している態度で、なかなか帰ろうとしません。あまりにも不愉快で腹が立ったのでチップは渡さず帰らせました・・・。 ホテルのミスで壊れたドライヤーを交換させたのになぜチップの要求！？ もうひとつは部屋のドアのキーがカードキーだったのですが、鍵を開けようとしても読み取らず、廊下の電話からフロントに電話をして開けてもらいました。しかし読み取らないキーのかわりは持ってこず、「もう一枚あるよね、じゃあいいね」とそのまま帰ってしまいました。 普通、二枚あるうちの一枚が壊れてても、もう一枚用意するのでは？ 多分、これが安宿～中級ホテルならそんな腹も立たないとは思いますが、一応５つ星ホテルと言われるホテルでの出来事だから呆れます。目ためはきらびやかで新しいホテルだがサービスははっきり言って３流です。 もう二度と泊まることもないし、人にも勧めないでしょう。 もっと読む

We had a fantastic stay at the Leela- the staff are very courteous and eager to please, and the rooms are massive! The gym is state of the art, albeit a little gloomy since there are no windows in the room, but one of the bonuses that I only discovered near the end of my stay was that personal training was complimentary there! The washrooms are almost […] as big as the room itself, complete with bathtubs and rain-shower faucets in the shower area. The only negative besides the fact that the doors to the washroom are glass and don't lock, was that there seems to be an architectural flaw in the grade of the floor, so water doesn't drain away when you take a shower, and pools into the toilet area, as well as outside the shower stall- nothing major that plenty of bathmats and towels couldn't take care of, though. We had a total stay of ten nights, and by the third day, all the staff were greeting us by our names- it made the service all the more personal. I would highly recommend using their concierge services to book any dining out experiences- the restaurants we ate at after asking for recommendations for ones in the vicinity gave us a VIP experience, having arranged a private room for our family complete with napkins embossed with our family name! Highly recommended ,great room great staff will stay again

In every aspect - a wonderful & relaxing experience. Service, quality of food, housekeeping - first class. I would highly reccommend this hotel. A true 5 star experience!!

Exceptional property with all imaginable amenities (with surcharges for internet, "complemenatry" airport pickup). Meticulous, friendly, yet professional, staff throughout their facility. I found the welcome a bit over the top, when I walked in, somewhat dissheveled, at 2 am after an overseas flight, when the receptionist performed an aarti, placed […] a teeka on my forehead, and garlanded me, before I realized what was happening and could tell them that I was a bit embarrassed. They literally spend 50 minutes during the morning making up the bed (perfectly), inspecting every single glass, used or unused, looking for spots, dust), and replacing whatever amenities you may need. You need not pack any toiletries when staying here. The purpose of my stay was to get away from it all and relax. I ended up extending my initial 3 day stay into 7 days. The rooftop, infinity pool is an ideal place from which to enjoy the bird's eyeview of New Delhi metro area. The complementary buffet at the Cube was exceptional. I declined the "complementary" airport shuttle in BMW 5-series for "only" Rs. 4300 ($90), choosing instead to take a prepaid airport taxi for Rs. 350 ($8). For rest of my days there, I came across the first Radio Taxi whom I hired for Rs. 1250 per day for 8 hours and/or 80 km allowance. I got a great deal through hotels.com. One of the world's best hotels! First class service which never stops trying to please.

What can I say... wow!! Best hotel I've ever stayed at. And I have been to MANY 5* hotels, but this hotel took right away the nr.1 spot. I had very high expectations before the stay but I was still positively surprised throughout the whole stay. The staff is amazing, the hotel is just utterly beautiful, the pool up at the roof, the rooms, restaurants, […] I mean I was so taken by this hotel that I'm out of adjectives. Hotel was opened less than a year ago and it really feels fresh and new. This hotel is all about luxury and service.. and I mean service with a capital S. You'll feel like royalty during your stay, I'll promise that. The distance to the downtown sights is good, not really walkable, but then again you don't walk in Delhi anyway. You might want to ask for a room that isn't facing the big street, the honks might disturb the sensitive sleeper. Be prepared that all prices will have an additional luxury tax. And the rooms have a slight smell of some sort of "smoke".. this might be due to the horrible air in Delhi. Nothing serious but if you're very sensitive to smells it's good to be prepared. 5 star hotel great restaurants and breakfast buffet high tech entertainment system excellent service

This hotel appreciates your business. I was welcomed prior to my check-in time, offered a complementary late check-out time, and treated like a special guest. This is a true five-star hotel and should please everyone, even Bill Gates. I strongly recommend this hotel for people who like the luxury that true five-star hotels offer their guests. This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed in.

This is a lovely hotel. Expensive, but well worth it. The rooms are gorgeous, staff is helpful and effective. The lobby is small, but well appointed. Was staying for business but it felt like pleasure.... What amazing service and attention.. a bit pricey for a normal folk.. but never the less amazing ..

super hotel

Love love love The Leela. The BEST hotel I have ever been too. Me and my mother took the standard grand deluxe and there is nothing standard about it. Service is overwhelmingly excellent. Nice touch on the fruits, cookies and chocolates - and they refill it everyday yey!. I love the time when u came into the room and thinking - hmm what fruits they […] will serve today. The bathroom is gorgeous. Bathtub is large and superb. Bummer that the mirror screen in front of the bath tub is not really on your eye level when u are having ur bath. Luxurious bath with bath salts too. The guest relation is really excellent. We had our room change twice when we checked in because my mum wanted an inner courtyard view. And they gave us one with an excellent view of the inner courtyard. Too bad the swimming pool is close otherwise it would have completed our leisure time in India. Breakfast was great. They season everything really well. Not just some junk quantity. Love my morning cappucino there! This hotel could be a 6 star with its excellent service! Our first and last stop for our 'Golden Triangle' trip in India. It was a pleasure to stay in such luxury surrounded by fine furniture, and art collection.
