食事の質がもう少しですね。

野球の試合後のすぐ後だったのか、チェックインのカウンターが長蛇の列ですごく時間がかかりました それ以外はとても満足でした

I requested a non-smoking room. On check-in, I double checked with the front desk and they said my room was non-smoking. When I got to the room, I could smell smokimg on the floor. I called the front desk and they again stated my room was non-smoking. Each night I was woken up by the smoking. On the last night, I could not handle it because the room […] next door was smoking with the door open. I spoke to the manager on duty and he said my room was non-smoking but the others were smoking (I have never heard of that). I asked to be moved to another floor. When the bell person keep to my room, she said that entire floor was smoking. When I checked out, I asked to speak to the manager and it was the same person as the night before. He then said I was assigned a smoking room because I was staying 3 nights. It appeared to me someone was not telling the truth the entire time. Although i stayed there just for a night, it was quite nice experience in that the receptionists and other staffs were all nice and kind. Especially the Japanese breakfast i ordered as a room service was perfect except the price.. Room itself was clean, spacious and comfort. We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. It was located a 35-minute bus ride away from Hakata station in a new and modern area of the city. The breakfast was typical, but the room wasn't. It was quite memorable. One of the largest glass-domed dining rooms you'll ever see. In every way a beautiful hotel.

Was in the area for only one night and not for pleasure, but the hotel made the experience worth while. We will return in the futuret for a short vacation.

While this hotel is not particularly convenient in terms of location to the main areas of Fukuoka and the nearby Hawkstown shopping centre does not offer a great variety of food, I would still highly recommend this hotel to anyone. My sister and I stayed on the 29th floor and had the most amazing view of the ocean, surrounding small islands and the […] night lights of Fukuoka. We would rush back to our room just to sit and look out across the bay. It was simply breathtaking. And occasionally the actual sea hawk would fly by just to tease us. I was unfortunate enough to catch a virus during my stay but the hotel staff were so fantastic from the breakfast staff going out of their way to offer to make me a hot lemon and honey drink and the reception staff writing down my medication needs so I could show a pharmacist to the usher ensuring that we caught the correct bus. They were just outstanding. So although I mentioned it's not in a really convenient spot, they do make up for it by having the Fukuoka Green Bus stop directly at the hotel. The Green Bus (a "Green Pass" for all day costs 700 yen) will take you on a loop tour of Fukuoka. If you stay on the bus and not get off it is a 90 minute trip. My sister and I would decide which tourist spots to get off at and then get the next available bus when we were complete. It also takes you to major shopping areas so stopping off in Tenjin or Hakata will allow you to explore the food areas of the basement of the department stores where you can pick up sashimi, sushi, tonkatsu, and even more including what appeared to me to be something like casseroles or stews with yummy seasonal Japanese vegetables. The Sea Hawk Hotel is stop 13 on the Green Bus and it's a highly recommended way to travel. However the subway is about a 10 minute walk from the Sea Hawk Hotel. Just one word to describe them. AWESOME!! Love the place, the room, the view everything! I can see the fukuoka dome, and the beach from my hotel room. Very nice view. The hotels personnels there are very very nice, friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and the bed is so comfortable. Love this hotel. Two thumbs up!

Fint hotell med överraskande personligt mottagande för sin storlek. Blev uppgraderade till 2 bäddsrum utan kostnad, vilket passade mig och sonen bättre. dock väcktes vi strax innan 9 av städerskan som pekade på skylten stör ej och undrade när dom kunde komma och städa rummet - ganska komiskt faktiskt.
