12年10月に5泊しました。部屋は清潔でしたがやはりバスタブが欲しかったです。朝食もバイキング式で美味しかったです。近くにレストラン、スーパーが有り便利です。

駅から近く、迷わずたどり着けました。ホテルから駅と逆方向に少し歩けば小さめのスーパーが２軒あり、お土産がまとめ買い出来たので便利でした。部屋はとても清潔感があって、天井がかなり高く開放感がありました。アメニティも最低限のものはあり、バスタブがない部屋でしたが満足です。残念な点は、冷蔵庫が全く冷えなかった事とホテル内の案内表示が少なく、朝食の場所まで結構迷いました。単純に地下でしたが。。朝食は豊富なビュッフェで、美味しいコーヒー類も出来立てをテーブルまで運んできてくれます。全体的にみて、安心して泊まれるホテルでしたのでお勧めです。

Fleming　Hotel Deluxe Wien City ですが、最初はFleming Hotel West City に予約を入れたりして、私が間違ってしまったにもかかわらず、変更をいやな顔ひとつせず行ってくれたことがありましたので、間違いのないよう良く確認をしたほうがいいと思います。私は朝食しか、ここで取りませんでしたが、ウエイトレス＆ウエイターの人たちも、笑顔の良く似合う気持ちの良い人たちでした。ビュッフェ形式の朝食のクオリティーも良く、またガラス張りのおしゃれなシャワー付の部屋は一人にはちょうど良い大きさでした。それに町の中心へのアクセスも良く、またWienを訪れる際にはここを予約しようと思うくらい満足しています。

高級感のあるホテルで、サービスも行き届いていて満足です。私のミスでちょっとした問題があったのですが、スタッフの方が気持ちよく対応してくれました。場所はUバーンのラトハウスから数分で、荷物があっても大丈夫です。 部屋は、高級ホテルの一番安い部屋、という感じでしたが、清潔で上品な部屋で、快適でした。朝食も豪華です。 マイナス点があるとしたら、周辺に買い物ができるとこやレストランがほとんどなかったので、１０〜１５分あるかないといけませんでした。また、無料無線LANがついていたのですが、異様におそくてこまりました。メールよむのもいらいらしましたから、大きなファイルのやり取りをするビジネスではまったくやくにたたないでしょう。

仕事で8日間滞在しました。当方、英語が少し出来るレベルでドイツ語は全くです。 フロントの対応は、可もなく不可もなく海外って感じです。3人いたのですが、相性もありますよね。アジア系の方が一番丁寧な感じでした。あとの二人は無愛想さんとせっかちさんといった感じ。 室内はできて日が浅いせいか綺麗でした。また滞在中、19年ぶりの残暑らしく、連日35℃超えを記録しておりましたが、エアコンがちゃんと効いていて助かりました。また、記述通りiPod touchの充電ができるJBL製ドックが備え付けてありました。心配で充電器を持って行きましたが、必要ありませんでした。 ネット環境は、フロントに言うと滞在期間中10時間有効のIDとパスをくれるのですが、機内モードにでもしない限り余裕で一日で使い切ってしまい毎 […] 日もらいにフロントに行きました。あるフロントの人は、時間数を伸ばせるようなことをチラッと行っていたような気がするのですが、残念な語学力なので毎日10時間レシートをもらいに行っておりました。回線速度は速くありませんが、FacetimeやSkypeのビデオ通話もなんとかできるレベルです。 食事は、これまで体験したビュッフェの中では相当良い部類でした。パンの種類も豊富で、コーヒーもカプチーノとかカフェラテとか頼めましたし、無料でした。ただし、一度8時過ぎに食べにいったとき、大混雑で同じ給仕係でもこんなに無愛想になるのか・・・と唖然としました。気持ちよく出発したいのなら7:00台前半がお勧めです。 交通に関しては、通り沿いにトラムの駅があり、5分ほど行くと地下鉄U2のRathausがあります。非常に便利で、最初は地下鉄を中心に使っていましたが、なれてきてからはトラムが中心になりました。重い荷物なんかあると地下鉄は辛いです。どこに行くにも困らないし、静かな通りなので住環境としては文句ありません。 周囲ですが、周辺はあまり栄えていませんが、スパー（もう一つスーパーがあります）があり、そこで飲み物を買っていました。ちなみにウィーンではエコバック（ビニール袋）必須です。また、地下鉄の駅などとは逆方向にちょっと歩くと色々お店があり、楽しめました。 暇がなく周囲のレストランで食事をする機会はほとんどありませんでした。恐らくまともなのはホテルのレストランだと思います。他は・・・合格点つけられた店はありませんでした。 不満な点は2点でしょうか。 １．冷蔵庫がいまいち冷えない。故障しているのか何なのか・・・冷却能力を最大にしたのですが駄目だめな感じです。これは部屋によるかもしれません。 ２．洗面台で水がためられない。洒落た感じなのですが、水がためられず洗濯をちょっとしたかったので、つけ置きが出来ずにちょっと閉口しました。風呂もシャワーしかありません。これも部屋のグレードなのでしょうか。 ３．細かいことですが、一日だけルームメイクが凄く遅い日がありました。これも担当する人によるのかもしれません。 細かい不満を述べてはいますが、これまでの海外滞在経験の中では相当満足できるホテルでした。非常にお勧めです。 余談ですが、最終日時間があったのでフロントで荷物を預かってもらいました。タグで管理していて安心できたし、助かりました。 もっと読む

We really enjoyed our stay at the Fleming's Deluxe Wien. The only thing that was a problem was breakfast, where they didnt seem to have enough room for everyone to have breakfast at the same time, so we spent a while wandering round trying to find a table, then were eventually guided to a room quite a long way away from the main breakfast buffet area. […] This meant missing out on some of the excellent items on offer in the breakfast! We stayed here on our honeymoon in December 2012 and it was fantastic. Location was perfect. There was a gym and sauna area too which was really nice when we were tired of sightseeing. Only down side to this was the gym had no air conditioning so was baking hot! Food, drinks, staff, room... everything was wonderful. Interesting shower too :-)

It was a pleasure to stay here for 6 nights. It is conveniently situated within reasonable walking distance of the centre of Vienna, or by tram or U-Bahn - both close to the hotel. We chose a deluxe room which was well worth it for a small extra fee and included a free mini bar. The bed was extremely comfortable with ever so cosy seperate his and her duvets. The bathroom also had his and her basins together with a see through shower which quickly steamed up for anyone bashful. The only irritation was the free computer which we needed to use to book our return flight this was very difficult to use as it didn't have a full size keyboard and lacked a mouse. There was also an irritating message on the screen which we couldn't remove. We also booked the meal and concert at the Kemlon through Expedia for the first night which I can thoroughly recommend. I spent with my wife four nights in Flemings Deluxe Hotel Wien City in December. We booked a Deluxe Double Room with free minibar and city view. We were first given a room on the ground floor with a view on a stone wall. The clerk insisted that our reservation was to a Superior room, but believed me when I again showed our Hotels.com reservation. As […] there were no rooms available in the correct category, we spent the first night in another room with a view to the hotel's own wall. Next day, I had to negotiate again to get the room we had booked. The room was much better than the earlier ones, and the view was magnificent. However, there were no bathrobes, slippers, or complementary toiletries, although these were listed in Hotels.com room description. The clerk told bathrobes and slippers are only available upon request, and we got them for two nights. Toiletries were delivered only in the last evening. Upon departure, the clerk asked us to pay for the minibar, and I had to remind her that the minibar was free. With a few minutes walk of the Rathaus and 15 minutes walk to the centre of the Innerstadt the hotel is ideally located with the Rathaus metro station and Nr 2 tram a minute away.
