立地も部屋も最高ですが、何よりサービスが素晴らしかったです。パーソナルアシスタントという方がいて、レストランの予約から、行きたい場所、見たいもの全部丁寧に調べてくれました。NYでほかに２つ違うホテルに泊まりましたが、ここが一番です。このホテルを泊まった後に、違うホテルに行ったら、親切度が違いすぎて泣きそうになったくらいです。なので、ホテルを変える場合は一番最後にここを選ぶことをおススメします。

This is one of the best hotels I ever stayed at and I've been to a lot in and out of the country always staying at the best hotels. Staff always greeted us and so helpful. Complimentary Maserati shuttle service was awesome. The room was big and spacious and complimentary drinks. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in new York city.

This hotel beats all hotels that I have ever stayed at. It is a true five star and beyond. Being that it is five star and pricey, you get the rob, slippers, over the top bathroom (extra large soaking tub and shower, phone, TV in mirror, marble everywhere), turn down service, and all of the five star amenities - restaurant, spa, gym, etc. But, what makes […] it top of the line is that all of the fully stocked mini-bar items in the room are comp; the maserati made available to you for transport anywhere in the city is comp; an afternoon treat left after room pick up and the evening snack left after turn down are comp; the personal assistant assigned to you is comp; the extremely responsive staff on all fronts is comp. great experience, courteous staff, great location...love the 4pm pretzels!...definitely going back!

i love this hotel. The bed is comfortable, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is very fully equipped. (we had a studio room for two adults & 2 teenager). The location is also good and close to starbucks & some coffee shop. Walking distance like 3 min to the Empire building & 34th Street for shopping. Abosolutely satisfied with this place. Worth every penny of my stay and more. Staff was so friendly and the most willing to help. Very warm, and personable. The room was fabolous, I had a great view, and the cleaning ladies were so thorough, they even organized my change that I had laying around on the counter!!! Definately going back next year.

My fiance and I stayed here last week and it was wonderful. If you can afford the luxury, this is the place to be. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful and courteous. Large room with minimalist design, lots of wood, a little sterile but some flowers fixed that up. Great bar and Al Fiori restaurant downstairs.

This hotel is an nice as any in North American with the service that matched. I was happy with the location and amazed at the service rendered. I was impressed!

Great location and fantastic hotel from check in over personal assistant over 24 hours gym until check out it is just perfect. highly recommend this hotel to stay for business as pleassure. We are coming back for sure.

Although our room was much smaller than I'd been led to believe from the online description, and its design was awkward (we had to leap over a very wide lip to get into the bath and take a shower!), the overall experience was very good. The hotel is elegant and the staff are outstanding. I highly recommend their restaurant, Ai Fiori. Ask for the squid […] ink pasta--quite possibly one of the best dishes I've eaten. The lounge is also a great place to entertain guests. They have jazz at night. The Setai is situated on 5th near 37th, so it's not quite as central as we normally like, but it's stilll a good location. The management at the Setai really seems to know what it's doing and is determined to make customers feel welcome. We'll certainly stay again if we can get a more comfortable room. Incredible hotel, fantastic service, stayed in a suite and the best way to put it is unreal!

We had such a wonderful time at the Setai. Everything was top notch, including the staff, food, drinks, hotel, and cleaning staff! Everytime we left our room, when we returned, there was a little chocolate surprise awaiting us (chocolates, cookies with a cup of melted chocolate, Saratoga water bottles, cushion slippers!) the list goes on! and everything […] was free! Aivan loistava hotelli! Mikäli haluaa asua hotellissa, jossa palvelu pelaa kellon ympäri ja asiakasta huomioidaan joka päivä niin tämä on oikea hotelli siihen. Pienillä asioilla ja yksityiskohdilla jää helposti mieleen: joka päivä huoneeseen tuotiin pieni suolainen/makea purtava, minibaarin kaikki virvoitusjuomat kuuluivat hintaan (täydennettiin joka […] päivä) sekä ennen kaikkea hotellila ei ole mitään uloskirjaantumisaikaa vaan se hoituu kun haluat lähteä. Sijainti on lähellä kaikkea, matkaa Times Squarelle n. 10 min kävely, Empire State Building melkein vieressä ja 5th Avenue kaupat hotellilta ylöspäin. Hotellihenkilökunta ystävällistä ja ravintola on hyvä. Vielä jos osuu kampanjahinnoittelun aikaan niin hintataso on samaa kuin Times Squaren paremmat 4 tähden hotellit, taso reippaasti yli. if you are looking for a real five star hotel with great location and service then check out the Four Seasons or Mandarin Oriental most of the rooms at the Setai do not have a view, we had to upgrade ourselves to the best room they have for a partially good view. they do try hard to please the customer but are not exactly five star efficient service very […] average hotel, nothing spectacular もっと読む
