USA ホステル (USA Hostel)格安予約

ホテルは繁華街にありとても便利ですが、部屋は・・・旅行という気分で滞在はできないホテルです。でも場所は駅にも近く完璧です。タオルは一日一枚しかなく、交換はしてくれず外にあったのを持ってくる感じです。部屋のトイレは一畳もなくトイレと一緒で狭くシャワーの下に便器がある感じでとにかく狭いの一言です。部屋はきれいとは言えませんが、ごみは片付けてくれていましたが髪の毛などの掃除はなかったです。テレビも付かず聞いてもOKといわれそのまま終わり。滞在が短い方には便利な場所なのでお勧めですが、カップルでは行かないほうがいいと思います。

男性が一人で泊まるには割安ですが、シャワー等はあまり清潔感がありません。香港のホテルは高いからとにかく便利なところで安く一泊出来ればと言う人向けです。客室にインタｰネットLANやwifiは無く、受付付近の共用部でのみ無料Wifiを利用できますが、冷房が無いため、夏場はおすすめできません。

前回の香港旅行で宿泊した「ベネチアンホステル」と同システムのホステル。受付も同じ13F。部屋によって異なるのかも知れませんが、ベネチアンよりこちらの部屋の方が年期が入って古い感じでした。が、チムサーチョイ駅の隣だし、ショッピング、食事、マッサージ…と気軽に歩いて出かけられる利便性と破格の宿泊費はダントツの満足ポイント！深夜にチェックインしたため受付は閉まっていましたが、別室にいるスタッフが対応してくれました。チェックイン時、サービス料（衣類クリーニングもしてくれます！）HK$100とデポジット（保証金、チェックアウト時返却）HK$100の計HK$200が必要です。

場所はすごくいいです。 今までそこそこのホテルに泊まっていたので、最初部屋を見たときかなりとまどいましたが、３泊もしたら慣れてしまいました。 私は香港リピーターで寝るだけと割り切っているので、心配していたお湯も出たのでとくに問題はなかったです。 あと、エレベーターにカメラが付いていたり、夜遅くかえると警備の人がいたり、部屋に行くにも２重に鍵が必要だったり、セキュリティに関しては安心でした。 また、チェックアウトしてからも荷物を預かってもらえたし、特に不満はなかったです。 なかなか味わえないディープな香港を味わえてよかったと思います。

値段を考えると部屋の狭さ、従業員？の接客態度、トイレ・バススペース等はこんなもんだと感じました。決して汚かったり、態度が悪かったりするわけではないので、男１人で泊まるならまぁありだと思います。

ホテルは、入り口を入って右側のエレベーターの13階にあります。エレベーターを降りたらこれまたすぐ右側にホステルのカウンターらしきものがあります。ＵＳＡホステルで予約しましたが、上の階（14階）のベネチアンホステルに案内されました。 まずは、パスポートと予約票のコピーを見せてチェックイン。 リゾート料金の100HKD、デポジット（保証金） の100HKDがチェックイン時に取られます。デポジットはチェックアウトのときに戻ってきますが、リゾート料金は戻ってこないのでご注意を。 スタッフに連れられ部屋に着くと、まずは各設備の確認。エアコン、テレビ、シャワー、トイレ（水が出るか、トイレが流れるか）など。これはきちんとやっておいたほうが良いです。私のときは、はじめエアコンが全く動かず、修理してもらい […] ました。 下水の臭いがするとレビューにあったので、便座は常に閉じて、換気扇を回していました。 窓はありません。換気扇のみです。狭苦しいと感じる人もいるかと思います。毛布はちゃんとありました。 wifiは繋げますが、何度もアクセス不可になるので、電波の良い場所を探したり、接続し直したりする必要がありました。また、wifiのパスワードは廊下に貼られています。はじめにこれを入力しないと、wifiは使えません。 シャワーのお湯の出る時間帯が、朝は7時～12時、夜も7時～12時となっているのですが、その時間帯でもお湯が全く出てこないときがあって、風邪を引いてしまいそうになったりしました。なので、お風呂に入るときには、まずお湯の確認をしたほうが良いです。ものすごい勢いでお湯が出ているとき以外は、またすぐ冷たい水になることがあるので注意を。 バスタオルの交換とゴミ捨ては毎日ありますが、その他は周1回程度のようです。また、タオルが統一されてなかったり、タオルに小さな穴が開いていたりということはあります。 スタッフの対応も香港らしく、とても愛想のいい人もいれば、顔も見ずにかなり適当にあしらうスタッフもいます。 とまぁ、こんなことがたびたびあるので、長期はあまりお勧めしません。若干ストレスが溜まってしまいます。ですが、安全性と利便性、低コストを考えると、このホステルでも問題ないかと思います。 交通の便は非常にいいです。MTRもすぐ側。スーパー、コンビニ、ショッピングセンターも近くにあって、観光スポットも多数。夜中も人が多いので安心できる立地です。 また、エレベーターには監視カメラがあり、かなりいい加減ですが、警備員も在中。ホテルの扉、部屋は電子キーになっていて、内鍵もあるので、自分次第ではかなり安全になると思います。 夜間外出して帰ってくる場合には、奥のエレベーターしか使えませんので、昼間のうちに確認しておいたほうがいいと思います。 私は一ヶ月宿泊しましたが、特に問題はありませんでした。 もっと読む

日本から香港へ夜発便を使ったため、現地に着いたのは、真夜中でした。場所は雑居ビルというか、日本で言う一般マンションの何部屋かを改装して、中を小分けにして小部屋にした感じです。夜中という事もあり、チェックインカウンターに人はおらず、案内プレートに書かれた携帯電話に電話すると、別の場所から人が現れ、手続きしてくれました。中に入ってみるとカラオケBOXのようなたたずまいでしたが、掃除等はしっかりされており、各部屋にシャワー、トイレもあります。壁の薄さゆえ周りの声が丸聞こえというのが、難点ですが・・・。 とはいえ、ホテルの値段設定の平均が、特に高い香港で私が泊まった時の値段はまさに破格、日本のカプセルホテルに泊まるよりは、よっぽどホテル然としてるんじゃないでしょうか。全ての短所をカバー出来ると思い […] ます。 もっと読む

Room dusty can see a lot of dust inside room,aircon, door lock for toilet spoil...very disappointed.

i made a mistake by opting twin room and they given me double room which was sooooo small that it is normally a single room. price is cheap so i always prefer taking triple room for 2 person

If you want a bed, shower and toilet in a location convenient to public transportation, this is the place. But be ready for a cramoed room with no closet. The location and cost were attractive.

its in the center but not family friendly. the staff are not friendly & accomodating but you have to remember its only a hostel-nothing else so dont expect too much. my children doesnt like it esp their bathroom.

i was very unhappy with the filipino staff (she's female and tagalog) who handled our check in. She was rude and unaccommodating and not at all helpful. It's sad because we come from the same country and the chinese housekeeper we met was more helpful even if she had a hard time speaking english. We booked for 2 rooms for the same rate (triple/quadruple […] sharing) but was immensely disappointed with the triple-sharing room they gave us. the bathroom was so tiny and smelly and did not at all have the same amenities as the quadruple sharing room even if we paid for exactly the same amount! not easy to find the entrance ...poor identification and sign .... must walk through little street .. very bad first impression .. but after crossing a dark corridor, we have found it ... small room equipped with all-in-one toilet and shower perfect for young travellers not for family or business man. well located

I booked a room and got a closet. The staff were not friendly and open to help.

The only positive thing about this place is that it's located right next to Tsim Sha Tsui subway station. Other than that, it's horrible. The receptionist seems know everything but just doesn't want to tell you. I called before arriving to asking how to find them since the address looks a little strange to me. He didn't bother to give any detail even […] I repeated my question a few times. Sure enough, when we arrived, there is no sign no direction whatsoever. We asked so many people and eventually found them. They are located in a huge building with residential, businesses(little shops), and some other hostels, and they only own a few rooms at each floor on some floors. As a hostel, there's no any tourist information or activities. They only have hot water in certain hours, but two days in a row, I had take shower with cold water even that was within the hot water operating hours. When I complained to the receptionist, he just said that must be because so many people were taking shower and used out all the water. He sounded like this is normal. He didn't feel sorry, didn't apologize! Attention! this horrible place charge you RESORT FEE of HKD $100. They don't even provide soap, shampoo, no hot water...... what the RESORT FEE is for?! This place is horrible and price was expansive. The building is old and dirty. The neighbors are noise, the room smells, the desk in the room is dirty, bathroom (we got private room) is small. USA Hostels has a nice room, towels changed everyday, they were asking if they can clear our room everyday but due to privacy, we prefer to clean it for ourselves. Nice personnel and service were good. We can recommend it to our friends if they want budgeted accommodation in staying to HK.

It is very basic, just for sleep. We noticed the air conditioner did not seem to work though we did not need it for late December. Mrs Li, the owner is very nice and helpful.

USA Hotel is ideal for all. We had booked two rooms and were happy with the ACCOMMODATION. At such room rate in Hong Kong, our expectation was not high and we knew what was awaiting us. Hotel is along Nathan Road and all shopping and restaurants are nearby. Money changers everywhere.

-toilet not working throughout the whole stay -need to use the toilet in the common area -dusty all over -customer service very poor -small space -bathroom so short couldn't stand up -showering over the toilet, disguisting -horrible, horrible, horrible

cheap and comfy

Rooms were not nice, no phone, wifi was very very slow, small rooms with bad air condition.

The stay was one of the worst experience in my life. It doesn't worth the cost at all. I will never come back to this hotel! The real experience is definitely not what you see over the internet. Be careful!

Is the worst thing I have ever seen

Narrow, espeacially toilet ! Stink , at all the outside corridor ! Dirty, never change bed sheet for 5 days continuous stay at USA hotel ! Difference, from show unit of website to real room when arrive there ! Overall, i willing to pay more for other hotels if i have chance to travel again to hong kong !

Perfect accomodation for young travellers if you just need it for bedtime. Great location helps to live Honk Kong experience from the very first step out of its door.

Bad condition and bad service. We aren't all happy to stay there. This hotel should be improved. The reservation website is not clear that we will be charged for laudrery service without be informed before. They told us that we didn't read conditions carefully. The USA Hostel is located in the Mirador Mansion, in the prime downtown area of TST. Don't be put-off by the surrounding touts selling you fake watches, bags, and poor quality suits; you can eventually make a game out of it to see how many times you're stopped on a walk back to the Hostel. Getting to the 13th floor isn't too difficult, you can catch […] any one of the three elevators to 12, 13, or 14, and walk up or down appropriately. The two person room was VERY cozy; good luck with getting any privacy. There is enough room for two people to sleep and for two backpacks, but not much else. The bathrooms are also tiny, and the bathroom fan didn't work, so there was quite a bit of mold in the corners. The A/C is adequate to cool the little two person room down, but won't keep it chilly, just a pleasant room temperature. Prepare to pay an extra surcharge for booking through Hotels.com, as well as a deposit for the key. paying a small amount considering the location, site where the building is, it was very handy but the first impression was a shock to the system. the building was covered with garbage like the type of a back cheap areas in the movies. it was very extremely depressing and stressful to find where the office was being that we arrive at dawn, the nightshift […] staff hardly utters words that can be understood wither due to her sleepy mood or because of her accent and also she does not face the person talking to her but instead turns her back and mumbles. i thought i was in a a very seedy place. the room was shrieking with paint smell that was suffocing and i had smelling salts of a kind to calm my nerves and deadened the smell. the bed was the only good one i thought, as both were just as hard as i want mine should be. also the bathroom was clean. a huge surprise and a huge plus in hotels of this type. location was very handy in comparison of the 2 weeks stay in earlier visit to hk. marriot hotel it was but too far from the shopping areas. i just hope theyhave cleaned the walls such as scrubbed it with soap and water and clear the paint smell. management should sell such type of acco. until it was safe to ones health. nil fumes of any kind. service paid was 200HK dollars, one hundred for the keys and the other they keep for what we do not know for. we paid via internet boking. the record or receipt given to use was not honoured at all. was it a scam or that mis the way internet access is untilized. もっと読む

Firstly, this is a Budget Hostel, not a hotel therefore don't expect too much. Beside the peeling wall (from the previous wall paper, I guessed) the rest of the room is Fine with me. We were staying in the family room with windows. The x2 Twin bed was hard but still bearable. Not suitable for anyone above 5 1/2". The shower was small, but clean with […] the flush & water heater working very well. The air-conditoned works fabulously. But the main plus point is, unlike the other guest houses in that building, the USA Hotel has a "Security" feature whereby you need to unlock the Main door from the building common corridor before you could enter the hostel own corridor & unlock your own room door. Therefore each room will hold 2 different keys. That way nobody could enter into the hotel room corridor beside the guests or staffs only. It really makes you feel safe when you are in your room sleeping at nite. There is also a water dispenser as you enter the main door. Also plse keep in mind, if you need to go to any theme Park, get your ticket from the hostel office @13th flr. the day before, coz the person comes in @10am the next morning. It is cheaper by HKD 20-30 per ticket. There is a huge Supermarket @ the basement in a shopping centre just behind the building. Ask the Security Guard if you not sure. Taxi from or to airport cost @HKD230-250. And don't forget to buy the Octopus card from the MTR office. This card is refundable. As for the hostel there is HKD100 Admin fee & another refundable deposit of HKD100 for the keys. Plse keep the receipt copy as you need to give them back when collecting your deposit refund. You could also leave your baggage with the hostel staff if you need to go for last minute shopping after checking-out. The building also provide plenty of Money changers, a reasonable souvenier shop (next to the main building entrance) & Halal Food eating places nearby. We had bed bugs, hair, and stains on our bed and the building feels like the projects. I stay at hostels all the time and this is not one that I would ever recommend or stay at. We ended up leaving the hostel and paying for a hotel because it was so bad.

We were already expecting the worst once we see our hostel room considering the negative reviews and the outrage of those who have been there. But suprisingly ,it wasnt too bad. The room was ok except for the bathroom which was just covered by a shower curtain. This hotel is in a great location to see the rest of Hong Kong. The staff were all very nice, even after I checked out. Nathan Road can be a little overwhelming at night with lots of 'working girls' outside, so I would not reccomend this area for families. The hotel does have good security, and all visitors who enter the building after 11pm must show […] ID. The place was totally untidy. Has to be seen to be believed. Bathroom in the room was not enough for a person of average size to even stand leave alone shower. A very depressing place.

after I booked the hotel, I got a notice that I had to pay HK$100 per stay, which should've been mentioned earlier. The service of the ladies at the front was really bad, too. The area is not so safe either even thought it's a convenient place. I'll not recommend it to girls.

房間只有4平方左右，超級狹窄，而且安排到reception旁邊的房間，嚴重影響休息。沒有提供沐浴露等生活用品，需要自己購買。超級不滿意

è un posto agghiacciante, le camere singole sono 20 cm più larghe del letto: la porta per questo motivo neanche sia apre completamente.Se volete fare una vacanza per vedere come vivono realmente gli honkonghini andateci pure, altrimenti se volete evitare malattie di vario tipo spendete 10 euro in più a notte e prendetevi qualcosa di meglio.
