Our room was dirty. Hair on bathroom floor. Room smelled bad. No coffee cups in room by coffee maker. This hotel will not ne used by myself again!

This was the perfect getaway place I needed.The spa was awesome a answer to my pains.Location to the boardwalk was right on.Thanks Super 8, you served me well can't wait to come back. Joy!

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE. FIRSTLY AND MOST IMPORTANT, THE OWNERS OF THE HOTEL APPARENTLY LIVE THERE AS WELL AND WERE COOKING THEIR DINNER IN THE ROOM THEY LIVE IN. THE WHOLE HOTEL REAKED OF CUMIN! IT WAS HORRIBLE!!! OUR CLOTHES SMELLED LIKE CUMIN WHEN WE LEFT THE HOTEL. ALSO, WHEN WE ARRIVED IN OUR ROOM, IT STUNK LIKE CUMIN EVEN WORSE […] THAN IN THE LOBBY!WE HAD NO COFFEE CUPS FOR COFFEE IN OUR ROOM, THE SUGAR & CREAM PACKAGES HAD NO STIR STICKS IN THEM. THE TOWELS WERE VERY ROUGH. THERE WAS NO LUGGAGE HOLDER TO SET OUR SUITCASE ON. THE NEXT MORNING WE WENT DOWN TO BREAKFAST. DISCUSTING!!! THE ROOM WAS A MESS! THERE WERE A LOT OF PEOPLE AND KIDS EATING BREAKFAST AND THEY HAD MADE A HORRIBLE MESS BUT THE HOTEL STAFF DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO COME IN EVERY SO OFTEN TO CLEAN UP THE MESS. SOMEONE ALSO MADE COFFEE INCORRECTLY AND THE POT OVER FLOWED. THE OWNER/MGR WAS IN THERE CLEANING UP THE MESS ON THE FLOOR AND COUNTERS AND WHEN THEY WERE DONE, THEY DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER TO MAKE MORE OR CLEAN THE MESS ON THE FLOOR FROM SPILLED CEAREAL AND MILK ETC NOT GOING BACK!!!!!!! もっと読む

i am from houston, and when you stay at a super 8 or something similar to that, you get a nasty smelling, roach motel with glo in the dark naked women painted on the wall. the room smelled nice, and was very big.

Overall I liked the hotel. The property is relatively new, & in very good condition. The rooms are comfortable, & the bathrooms are clean. Negatives: Breakfast was very marginal. No eggs or any type of breakfast meats offered. Waffles could have been good, but unfortunately there was no spray for the wafflemaker, (waffles come out chewed up). I had a nice stay in Kemah at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. The people in the room before did not make the coffee right and the coffee pot was not cleaned but I dont drink coffee I was just going to brew it for the smell. Overall this stay was good and I would recommend this hotel.

When reservation was made, I was told hotel was on the Boardwalk and would be able to walk to activities and restaurants. Hotel was at least 2 miles away.

Yes! I would highly recommend this Hotel it was Very new and clean very close to Kemah and very Friendly staff would use them again.

My husband and I stayed here one night while we went to Kemah Boardwalk and we were not thrilled with the service or the fact that they close their indoor pool @ 8pm. I think it should stay open 24 hours since we paid for it! Also there was only 1 towel and 1 rag in the bathroom and after using the towel it was not replaced. Great place to stay! Good price and friendly family owned hotel, it was clean and comfortable.

I enjoyed my stay. The people at the front desk were nice. The room was comfortable. The only complaint I have is that they did not come and clean the room or empty the trash.

The room was nice and clean the staff is very friendly. The free breakfast is semi okay the waffle maker had no cooking spray to keep waffles from sticking. And needs more selections of other breads besides white bread such as Whole wheat bread. Other than that nice place to stay.

This hotel was in a decent location from the Boardwalk. Rooms were clean and well kept.

Overall, for the price, it was great for a one night stay. It was close to the Boardwalk and to my destination. The only thing I didn't like was the smell of cigarette smoke lingering from a nearby room.

This Super 8 was very nice, clean, and close to the Boardwalk! We enjoyed our stay. The only thing we were disappointed in was the indoor pool was FREEZING cold, so we just hung out in the hot tub, but the chlorine was SO strong!!
