"Comfortable stay"
Hotel was clean and comfortable, free wifi and breakfast makes this an excellent choice. My only complaint is being on the main floor by the elevator, people are quite noisy. After 10pm it was quiet, other than that it was nice.Hotels.com ゲストの適正な口コミ

"nova hotel"
Our room was very hot; the air con doesn't seem to be working properly; or else we didn't know how to turn it on properly. Better instructions would be helpful. We were told the hotel is very COLD in the wintertime just when you want it hot.
