The staff was great, location was great, hotel was very clean. The ploblems I had were with the bed, alarm clock and loudness of phone for wake up call.... The alarm clock didn't work, the bed had a sag towards the center that made for a very uncomfortable night, woke up at least three to four times at the center of the bed right against my seven year old son due to the sag in the matress. The loudness of the ringtone on the phones even though I made sure they were turned on the high level before going to bed were not even loud enough to wake my son who is the lightest sleeper I have ever seen. Luckily I had woke up again at the center of the bed 15 after the wake up call with the phone ringing but thinking that the sound wouldn't even be enough to wake me up if it was right on my pillow. 投稿者 : Hotels.com のゲスト、投稿日 : 2013/04/22
