クチコミをみてこちらのホテルに決めました。大正解でした。ホテルのスタッフは皆フレンドリーで、清掃もきっちりしていただきました。朝食は毎日ほぼ同じですが、種類も多く満足できました。部屋はデラッックスタイプにしましたが、広くゆったりと使えました。アメニティも充実しています。そして何よりもロケーションが抜群でした。フィレンツェのホテルでは4つ星でも荷物が開けられていたとか現金が抜き取られたとかいうクチコミが複数ありますが、このホテルに宿泊した限りにおいてそのような心配はありませんでした。次回も利用したいと思います。

オーナチェンジする前のポルタロッサを知っているので、その変化ぶりに驚きました。 以前は多少古かったり、不便だったりしたが風情を楽しむ事が出来たが、今回は日本のビジネスホテルのような機能性を重視したつくりになっており、外観とのギャップが広がっていたように思います。 スタッフはフレンドリーで感じが良く、朝食会場の雰囲気は以前より良くなっていたように思いました。朝食の品揃え（フルブレックファースト）も満足できるものでした。

以前はただものすごくアンティークなホテルでしたが、改装後は見違えるほどモダンで素敵なホテルになっていました。古くて素敵な家具や床などは残し、その他の部分はピカピカです。 観光にもショッピングにもアクセスは最高ですし、ロビーでは無料でWi-Fiを使用できるので、スマートフォンなどを使いリサーチしている人達が沢山いました。 スーペリア以上の部屋をおすすめします。 是非また泊まりたいホテルの１つです。

The building is one of the oldest building, but it don't feel old. The inside has just been innovated. The reception stuff are so kind that they recommend the ristrante and trattoria and reserved it at ease, when we asked them. The room size is comfortable, and the bath and WC is so clean. フィレンツェで数少ないツインベッドルームのホテルを探し、このホテルに決めました。 連泊でスーペリアのツインベッドルームを予約したのに、通されたのはダブルベッドルームでした。 しかも、見取り図ではフロアで一番狭い部屋。（スタンダードではないのか？） 変更してもらおうにも、初日は空きがないとのこと。 翌日以降はツインに変更してもらえましたが、スムーズにはいきませんでした。 それ以外は、部屋も広くて清潔で、スタッフの対応も気持ち良かったです。 他に人のレビューにもありましたが、夜中に戸外から人の騒ぎ声が聞こえていた点でやや評価を下げていますが、基本的には快適なホテルだと思います。

The only downside was no fan in bath, noisy street because merchants were throwing bottles in trash late at night and Mosquitos at night if window was open. Staff very friendly and complimentary breakfast was good.

Loved this hotel, the rooms was clean, confortable and big. The breakfast was superb, real capucchino's and great runny eggs and pastries. The only thing I wish it would be better is the internet, it was very slow. I couldn't upload pictures on the net because it was too slow.

This hotel was in a perfect location. Right by the main piazza and the Duomo. Easy to get around the whole city. The hotel was a beautiful more boutique style hotel with old European charm. The only complaint was that the bed was a bit stiff, but it was so wonderful to have a full king size bed, it didn't seem that bad.

Nice place to stay in Florence. Walking distance to all sites. Could not have asked for a better place. The only thing I would have wanted better on this trip was warmer weather but that's not nh Porta rose's fault. Would return to stay here again without hesitation

The location, is fantastic, everything only a 10min walk away. The fantastic old building, with modern furnishings is beautiful. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating with recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast staff too, we're very friendly and remembered my coffee order everyday. I had a wonderful experience at NH Porta Rossa in Florence, Italy, last week, and would highly recommend staying there. The hotel was quite comfortable and beautiful - a modern renovation of an ornate, older building. The location is ideal - in the city center, however just off a smaller side street so that the noise of the busy center doesn't bother […] you at night. I walked everywhere within minutes. The beds were quite comfortable and spacious enough. The bathroom was large and easy to function in. Free WiFi made communications back home easy and accessible. The hotel breakfast, which was included, offered so many options and was quite good. I cannot imagine anyone not being able to find something that would work for them. Above all, however, I would like to commend the hotel on its superb staff. Every individual behind the front desk was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They were patient with me and allowed me to practice my rusty Italian! Prior to check in, I'd had a horrible experience with my airline losing my baggage and the staff was incredibly accommodating in following up with the airline every day for me. They were supportive and cheerful and made a rather frustrating situation more bearable. Whenever I needed anything, they were there to provide it. This hotel's location is superb for visiting the main sites in Florence. Although our rooms were facing the street we were not aware of noise even during New Year's celebrations. My husband and I stayed here during our honeymoon last December 2012. I love how the staff are very accommodating and friendly, room was very clean and we were upgraded to a junior suite!
